Angela was readily available and extremely helpful previously with our mom and now with my brother. Angela Houser is informed and offers great suggestions and support throughout the placement process. She has followed thru with our experience and visited my brother in his new assisted living home. We highly and often recommend her to friends and family!!!

Angela was an absolute gem. My family had no idea how to progress through the transition to assisted living. Angela was the tool we should’ve utilized from the start. She was patient, hardworking, and asked all the questions I didn’t. My only complaint is I wish I had utilized her earlier. I would 100% recommend Angela from Care Patrol, and will be singing her praises for years to come. Thanks again for your help and support.

I love everything about Care Patrol & Angela Houser! I was drowning & overwhelmed by all the responsibilities of taking care of my husband with dementia. Angela has rescued me so many times & helped me anytime I needed her. She is so caring & helpful. I couldn’t ask for anyone better to help navigate through all this!

My parent's primary concern in their later years was that they wanted to be home. Through CarePatrol, we were able to make that happen!! Angela and her team were so supportive and helped us to find the care team that we needed and my parents were able to stay in their home. This gave me peace of mind, knowing that my parents were happy, comfortable and being well taken care of.

I had no idea where to begin to research over 55 local communities until I discovered Care Patrol. Based on a few questions, Angela, of Care Patrol, selected about 6 properties she determined would be appropriate to visit. She scheduled a visit to each property for a tour and lunch.The service she provided was excellent. As a result, I was able to narrow down the properties I was the most interested in. I received brochures, pricing and amenities from each property which was very helpful. This saved me a tremendous amount of time and research. I would highly recommend Angela of Care Patrol.

My wife, who was diagnosed with Lewey Body Dementia in 2021, and I moved to Springdale AR from another state. We needed to find home care for a few hours a week. Care Patrol was recommended by a nurse I knew who knew of their service. I contacted them and Angela called me back right away. She asked a lot of questions to match our particular needs with 2-3 vetted providers. This was a huge help since we were new to the area. Besides finding home care, we discussed the possibility of Memory Care sometime in the future. She e-mailed me info on several facilities in the area that she has personal knowledge of along with photos, services available, pricing etc., and called back to answer any questions I had. Extremely helpful to us both.

Angela was very knowledgeable and personable. Was great having her tour the facilities with me and knowing what questions to ask. I haven't experienced this before and didn't know where to start. Was so thankful that a dear friend recommended them to me. Angela went above and beyond in assisting me to find a facility for my sister. So thankful they are in our community.

Angela made me aware of what was available that met my needs in Northwest Arkansas, showed me those I was most interested in, and followed-up after I moved in. I was wait-listed for a 2-bedroom in a second retirement community, and she made sure I was current on the waitlist and we came back for a second tour of the facility after a year to be sure I was still interested. I'm in my second month at the new place and love it. I felt like I was in charge of my own decisions - my family stayed in the background - and I've already recommended the service.

Angela made a difficult process much easier. Deciding which care options are best for a parent, for the first time, is overwhelming. No matter what option we considered, Angela had a host of information at her fingertips. She was available and easy to reach, and even checked in on us well after our choices were in place. She also had contact information for Conway so we could refer family members in that area to use this service. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs information but doesn't' know where to begin.
