Theresa was wonderful! Assisted Care options are an unknown to most people just when they have to make a decision for themselves or a loved one and her guidance and suggestions were extremely valuable.

Wendy was great! Very informative of nearby rehab facilities for my mom and helped assist us with admission into it. She and her team also guided us to a "good fit" memory care facility and what might be the best fit for my mom. Wendy is very knowledgeable.

They were familiar with every facility in the area and could explain their pros and cons, and were able to help me select a small number to tour so my mom could get moved into some facility as quickly as possible.

When I first started searching for assisted living locations for my parents, I had no idea where to start. CarePatrol made the process easy and were wonderful at coming up with options that fit what we were looking for and adjusting the search as needed. I worked closely with Theresa and she was always professional, compassionate and empathetic.

Wendy Tatlock was terrific! She was very attentive from day 1, had excellent recommendations, facilitated a virtual tour, answered our questions quickly, reassured us every step of the way in this difficult process. She referred me to the NYC rep from Care Patrol who I will continue to work with for a permanent place for my sister-in-law.

I would not have been able to make an informed decision about assisted living with out CarePatrol. Knowing what was around the corner I contacted CP and got basic info to understand the process. Then months later when an urgent situation arose I felt prepared to start the process. They narrowed my choices based on my criteria, arranged appointments and visits and were there to answer all the questions in between. Care Patrol was recommended to me by the Senior Center in my town. I worked with a counselor from Care Patrol for over a year to help find me find an affordable and comfortable assisted living community for my father and his wife. The councilor was just amazingly kind, knowledgeable, and resourceful and was literally my saving grace throughout the process. Ours was a complicated and challenging situation and she was tactful and respectful while also being direct and supportive. I could not be happier with the experience I have had working with Care Patrol and am continuing to use their services for my mother, who is now in the process of finding and assisted living community as well. I HIGHLY recommend the services provided by Care Patrol and having been telling my friends who are getting involved in the process with their elderly family members as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for us!!!!
