Wendy was great! Very informative of nearby rehab facilities for my mom and helped assist us with admission into it. She and her team also guided us to a "good fit" memory care facility and what might be the best fit for my mom. Wendy is very knowledgeable.

They were familiar with every facility in the area and could explain their pros and cons, and were able to help me select a small number to tour so my mom could get moved into some facility as quickly as possible.

I would not have been able to make an informed decision about assisted living with out CarePatrol. Knowing what was around the corner I contacted CP and got basic info to understand the process. Then months later when an urgent situation arose I felt prepared to start the process. They narrowed my choices based on my criteria, arranged appointments and visits and were there to answer all the questions in between.
