Lori has been terrific from Day 1. She navigated the process all the way through while being respectful of my questions. She was timely in scheduling the meetings. She helped me think through best options. She made it clear that the ultimate decision was mine and was supportive of my process. Even after the paperwork was signed, she has reached out several times to check on how my brother is doing. I am very grateful.
