It was a very good experience, Nicky was not only caring but proessional and thorough with her research of the appropriate palces that meet client needs. She is very resourceful in identifying community services for her client. My family and I are thankful that she was able to help get our love one hospice care with Heartland-thank you Nicky, God bless you.

Nickie worked very hard to help me find placement for my mother in an assisted living facility. She visited all facilities herself to insure they met her standards before we visited them together.
