Senior Care Advisor, Diane Trunecek, was extremely attentive and helpful in listing assisted living facilities in in my designated area. Diane then went on to set up appointments to tour the chosen facilities and provide pertinent information beforehand. CarePatrol offers services which make the decision making process of which facility to choose much easier..

I was very happy with the information and guidance that Diane T gave me in my search to find proper care for my husband. She suggested a different level of care than I had been considering, and this opened up several facilities I had not previously been aware of.. My husband has been in his new home for just 10 days, but I am very optimistic about the facility. Diane really lifted a great burden, and I am happy with my decision. She was a tremendous help. (I also had conversations with Chaim, who also was very helpful, but he covered a different geographic area than Diane).

Diane Trunecek is the perfect paring of deep knowledge of her subject matter and a big heart. Navigating through this process with someone who understands what is possible and what is marketing hype-- setting up appointments and being there for each one, yet never steering me towards a conclusion before I was ready and able to make a decision-- I can't say enough about her.
