Very nice, Mike Mitten serving Oakland County. Very helpful, made copies of potential places & went with us the a location. Would highly recommend him #10. Other places like Care Inc., didn't care for them, Very scattered.

Michael Mithen did a great job helping me navigate the process of finding a new home for my mother-in-law. He quickly presented me with available options to fit our needs in 24 hours and then made the appointments and accompanied us to the appointments. I can't imagine Having to navigate all this on my own. Best decision ever.

Their knowledge of senior needs and care is incredibly helpful. They provide great options for you to tour. It’s comforting to have them by your side to help you navigate the whole process. They would never recommend a facility they didn’t trust. They have helped us successfully place 3 family members. We are so grateful for CarePatrol. Kari West is the best!

I can not say enough good things about CarePatrol. We needed to quickly find a place for my father, who was suddenly put in Hospice care. We felt overwhelmed and had no clue as to how to even start the process of finding a place that could care for him. I was recommend to CarePatrol and I contacted them very late on a Wednesday afternoon, with the hope of maybe having a list of some places to consider by the weekend. Instead, by the time I got home, I had an email list of several places that could not only handle my dads situation but had an open bed for him. Thursday we toured all the locations and had our option of what would work out best for my dad along with logistically good for our family members. We moved my dad into his new home that same Saturday. So a process that we thought might take a week or two to even find a place, took 3 days to locate, tour, decide and move him in. Again, I feel blessed that someone recommended that I call CarePatrol. Sincerely Thank You, Kevin Riley

Everything! Marc was there every step of the way with knowledge, guidance, experience, compassion and understanding of what our family was going through and the decisions that needed to be made. Without all of the above and patience we could not have moved my father from North Carolina to Michigan. Care Patrol has assisted with the placement of three of my family members and a very close friend's family member. I highly recommend Care Patrol of Oakland County and will use them again if necessary. Big shout out to Marc Trail for his patience with my family and myself through this difficult transition.
