My advocate, Kari West was exceptional. Her communication and promptness to phone calls was wonderful. She found a lovely place for my 91 year old father that meets his financial needs and location request. The years of experience and rating system that CarePatrol uses is far beyond anything I could have done scouring the internet for good reviews on different places. I would definitely recommend CarePatrol to anyone who is in need of help with their elder adult when home care is just too much. We were blessed to be recommended to CarePatrol by a family friend. I hope to pass on their information to as many people as needed.

Micheal was awesome. He responded to my email within about 15 minutes on a Sunday morning. He also asked questions to help me better understand what I might need to do. Micheal sent a variety of places for me to look over to help me with the process. I would definitely recommend him.
