Joel provided detailed information about options in Omaha, coordinated and scheduled tours at multiple communities, and met with us several times to guide us through the process. The careful intake at the beginning was and is impressive. No rushing. We were shown a number of different Assisted Living facilities. While one of the ALs was a “wozzer”, the AL final shown was the best place with incredibly pleasant and attentive staff. The time this process took resulted in improved health and the very real possibility that my cousin will be able to return to her own personal home.

Joel did a wonderful job following us through many decision changes and offering varying opportunities to match our requirements. He was very patient, caring, and helpful. He was a good listener and interrupter of my emotions. Along with all these characteristics Joel helps with many recommendations for moving, sorting, potentially selling the house and other important decisions we must consider.

Joel High has been fantastic to work with! If I had to look for places for my mom on my own I would still be looking. He narrowed the places to 3 and worked with my schedule to set up visits. Joel helped by asking questions that I didn’t think of and explaining how things work in assisted living and memory care homes. Joel helped me find someone to check in on my father regularly, as well as take him to doctor's appointments. Joel listened to my father's needs, and he answered my questions with caring and compassion. He found a company that fit into my father's budget and I have been very satisfied with their service. He set up several interviews for me and talked me through the pros and cons of each possibility. I highly recommend contacting Joel if you are struggling to find the care that you or your loved one needs, or you aren't sure what the right fit is for your situation.
