My brother's situation was different because I wanted to move him into an asf closer to me. So I worked with two social workers. One who covered the area where he lived and one who covered where he was moving to. Both were excellent. Very knowledgeable as I had no idea how to navigate through this process. Thank you Julie and Chris.

Care Patrol Save My Life. I don't know what I would have done if Chris and Care Patrol do not come into my life. I don't know where I would have ended up but it wouldn't be in a nice place and then now the capital found for me. Chris went above and beyond what his job entails and helping me get in a good spot I can thank him enough and helping me get in there with position to be happy thanks again care Patrol of Orlando

Chris Hynes, of Orlando CarePatrol, has been a tremendous help to a friend of mine's whose elderly brother needed placement in a facility after a very lengthy hospital stay. His poise, dedication and willingness to hang in there and act as an intermediator for a patient who was argumentative, obstinate, ornery, and downright mean, was admirable. Many a lesser person would have given up, but Mr. Hynes remained professional, compassionate and available to help in the most dire of circumstances. His support for the family was unwavering and his selflessness was above and beyond what one would expect. It is a very trying time for a family when dealing with relatives who need help but are adamant against it. Mr. Hynes is perfect for his job, a tremendous relief for family members. I have been in the field of senior living for over 15 years and know it takes a special person to be able to delicately handle the issues that face family members and seniors themselves. Mr. Hynes is more than qualified to guide people through the difficult maze that attempting to find the perfect community for a loved one can present. My elderly brother recently had serious Nero spine surgery in Tampa. Navigating the difficulties of finding appropriate short term rehabilitation facilities, and then a permanent home, in a different part of the state was overwhelming for us. Chris Hynes, of Care Patrol Orlando, was recommended to us for assistance. His help was invaluable. Not only is he competent and well versed in all areas of placement, he is empathic, dedicated and kind. He went above and beyond what we expected, and he hung in with us when my brother was less than cooperative. He served as a “go-between” for us and case management. His wisdom, guidance, and genuine support gave us a peace of mind in a very trying and difficult time.
I can’t stress enough how his professional, yet truly personable, demeanor has calmed and aided us with my brother’s arduous journey through several hospital stays and various other rehab communities. Chris Hynes was with us all the way, making himself available any time he was needed, providing insight and support. He intervened on our behalf in contentious hospital situations, worked closely with my brother when he was confused and angry, and diligently researched all possibilities for the appropriate placement for him.
Integrity, trustworthy, honest, sincere, educated and experienced, empathetic, professional, personable, kind and dedicated, are only a few of the adjectives that begin to describe Chris Hynes and Orlando Care Patrol.
Believe me when I tell you, nothing can compete with the quality of care one receives from Chris Hynes. Peace of mind at this junction of life’s journey is generally elusive and rare, but Chris Hynes and Orlando Care Patrol provided that for my family. We can not thank him enough.

The personal care, excellent communication and attention to detail that Chris Hynes provided helped us through a difficult time as we transitioned my mother-in-law from an understaffed nursing home to a small residential ALF.
Chris spent over an hour and a half gathering information for the intake form
to select the perfect facility to meet Dorothy's needs. He was reassuring as the process progressed and was there when my mother-in-law moved in.
We would definitely recommend Chris and CarePatrol to friends and family.
