Jodi Lewis-Smith , CSA is so very professional , knowledgeable, informative and kind. My aunt who is suffering with dementia was very difficult case and Jodi handled the situation beautifully. She gave me the answers I needed , and arranged and accompanied me to the facilities for tours. I am happy to report that my aunt was admitted to a lovely memory care unit. I now can sleep again at night knowing my aunt Is safe and being cared for in a loving environment. I couldn’t have accomplished this on my own and I am so grateful to Jodi. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone looking for assistance for their loved one.

TAMARA!! She is knowledgeable in her space. compassionate and kind. I was lost and feeling desperate with my stepfather's complex dementia case, she took an hour on Memorial Day to talk to me and walk me through my best next steps. She met me and my mom in person and we talked more and she stayed closely with us as an advocate in this process as my stepfather was placed in an amazing facility! It has been an incredible turn for him for the better!

Kate Moore, the representative from Care Patrol literally saved my life. She found the perfect Assisted Living facility that cares for Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients for my Mother. She went with me to Brookdale in Westampton, NJ (already knowing our monetary situation) so it wouldn’t be a wasted trip. The environment, the staff, and the residents were lovely. A very welcoming atmosphere. The apartment for my mother was clean and safe. I met with the Director of Nursing, The Chef, The Director of Admissions and several other staff members. All very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was most impressed that the residents were out and about the community involved in different activities. Not isolated in their rooms. This is very important to me. All in all, Kate saved me time and worry to find a nice and homey atmosphere for my mother who is now in a wheelchair do to a bad fall at the end of September and she has severe Dementia. The facility has 24 hr care which is what she needs. I cannot thank Kate Moore enough for helping me keep my 92 year old mother safe.

Jodie (South Jersey) made this difficult time an easier process than I ever could hope it would be. She took care of all the details and gave me the support I needed to see this journey through. We found the best fit for my husband in the Brookdale Westampton Alzheimer's/Dementia Care Facility.
