I am so grateful to Christa at CarePatrol for her help during an incredibly stressful time for my family. I recently needed to find a safe and appropriate group home in the Phoenix area for my brother, who has dementia and could no longer live at home. Christa went above and beyond. She took the time to visit my brother in the hospital personally to assess his needs and better understand what type of care and environment would be appropriate for him. She then identified two facilities that could meet his needs, giving me options and guidance when I was feeling overwhelmed. I ultimately selected Grace Hill Ranch, and I’m happy to say that my brother is doing well there. Christa’s years of experience and knowledge of dementia care gave me tremendous peace of mind. She was compassionate, empathetic, and truly understood the challenges families face when a loved one can no longer safely live at home. She also helped me navigate the system and understand the process of finding quality care. I would highly recommend Christa and CarePatrol to anyone facing the difficult decision of finding care for a loved one. Having someone knowledgeable, caring, and experienced by your side makes such a difference during a very difficult time.

My experience with CarePatrol was positive from the first interaction I had with Christa: she was immediately genuine, helpful, concerned, and empathetic regarding my process (and often times struggles) in working to guide my dad (dementia/Alzheimer's diagnosis/traits) into a quality and appropriate assisted living facility. It definitely worked out to our benefit, and CarePatrol (specifically Christa) has been especially attentive and receptive to my inquiries and concerns.

Everyone goes the extra mile and are fiercely protective of their clients. They find a way to make things happen even in the most extreme circumstances. They become part of the family and continue to check on clients even after placement. I will always be grateful for everything they have done for me and my family.

Christa and Deb were very helpful in selecting a group home for my mom. They presented three very adequate homes for my mom's needs. They arranged the transfer from the rehab to the group home, I didn't have to do any arranging at all. This was wonderful because navigating this part of mom's journey was new territory for me. They were so helpful!!
