My experience with CarePatrol was positive from the first interaction I had with Christa: she was immediately genuine, helpful, concerned, and empathetic regarding my process (and often times struggles) in working to guide my dad (dementia/Alzheimer's diagnosis/traits) into a quality and appropriate assisted living facility. It definitely worked out to our benefit, and CarePatrol (specifically Christa) has been especially attentive and receptive to my inquiries and concerns.

Everyone goes the extra mile and are fiercely protective of their clients. They find a way to make things happen even in the most extreme circumstances. They become part of the family and continue to check on clients even after placement. I will always be grateful for everything they have done for me and my family.

They were very prompt in their response--especially considering it was right before the Christmas Holiday-and communicated extremely well and had a list of places the next day for me to review! Christa and Deb were very helpful in selecting a group home for my mom. They presented three very adequate homes for my mom's needs. They arranged the transfer from the rehab to the group home, I didn't have to do any arranging at all. This was wonderful because navigating this part of mom's journey was new territory for me. They were so helpful!!

Everything! From first contact with Christa to countless phone calls, emails and text to help me and my family through great challenges with both our parents over almost two years. She is a fantastic listener and even with the most challenging situations and challenges, she always is positive, has solutions to improve things. She is incredibly reachable when we have needed help the most and is connected with so many resources that provide solutions for caring fur parents struggling with dementia and other physical challenges. She knows care homes thoroughly and has options nearby at every turn as needs change.

I truly appreciated the customer care that I received from my CarePatrol representative, Christa. She was prompt in getting back to me if I had any questions. Christa was patient, kind, and supportive which demonstrated that she truly understood how emotionally and physically challenging this process is when you are selecting a home for a loved one.

Christa was very helpful in finding a senior independent facility for my father. She took the time to meet him while he was in the hospital, she didn’t have to do that , but she did. I would recommend Care Patrol to anyone looking for help with their aging family members.

Christa Slatina,my advisor, was very thorough and very helpful. She listened to my needs and what I would like and found three places almost immediately for me and my family to review. She also gave us her thoughts on each. Once we made a decision she took care of everything that was needed to secure the place and arranged the transfer. She contacted my niece daily to answer any questions we may have and update us on what she was doing. Christa was very knowledgeable and made us feel very secure in the help they provided. I would recommend Care Patrol especially if all their advisors are as competent as Christa.
