Lynne and Brian were very helpful to my brother and I as we navigated the need for memory care for our mother. This was very sudden and unexpected and we didn't even know where to start as we were never presented with a situation such as this. Every contact I had with Lynne from the initial phone call to setting up appointments and follow-up throughout the whole process was top notch!! We're still going through the process but I cannot be more thankful for their help so far. Our journey is not over yet I just hope everything works out in our favor (but it's out of our control right now). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

I cannot sing Lynne and Brian's praises enough, and I genuinely wish I had found them sooner. After my grandmother suffered an infection, she was placed in a skilled rehabilitation facility that proved to be an absolute nightmare. She was left bedridden all day, largely ignored, and frequently not given both doses of her medication. For over two months, I struggled to work with the facility's social worker and other staff to get clear answers about my grandmother's medical needs and trying to arrange a transfer – but I made no progress. That all changed when I connected with Lynne on March 10th. After I shared my grandmother's background, Lynne got to work immediately and the very next day, she had compiled a list of facilities that she believed would be an excellent fit for my grandmother's needs. After looking over the list, Lynne arranged for me to take a tour on March 13th. Brian accompanied me on the tour, and I was so grateful to have someone with his expertise with me. He knew exactly what to look for and what questions to ask. After choosing a facility. Lynne coordinated an in-person nurse assessment on the 17th. After connecting with the nurse who did the assessment, it became clear that there were discrepancies between the staff’s statements to the nurse and my grandmother’s medical records. She immediately scheduled another assessment for the morning of the 19th. By that afternoon, she gave me the good news – my grandmother would be transferred to her new home the very next day! Lynne and Brian were efficient, thorough, and compassionate throughout this process. After months of struggling on my own, I can’t believe what they were able to accomplish in just NINE days. My grandmother has been in her new home for almost a week now and I have already seen huge improvements in her physical and mental health. I cannot thank them enough for what they’ve done for us. They’ve helped restore hope and dignity to my grandmother. Their professional expertise, compassion, and commitment to helping seniors and their families is remarkable and I am so grateful for their help.

Lynne Robb of CarePatrol of Pittsburgh has been an invaluable resource as we navigated the placement of an aged friend into assisted living in Pittsburgh. This is a complicated landscape and journey, and we found we could call on Lynne for guidance at many steps along the way. She is highly professional and dedicated with long experience on these issues. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Lynn and Brian. When it became clear that my mom needed more specialized care, our family was overwhelmed—especially since we all live out of state. From the very first consultation, Lynn and Brian were compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Since I was traveling in to help with this transition, they went above and beyond—arranging visits to multiple assisted living communities, driving me to each one, and even making sure I got back to the airport when it was time to head home. Lynne and Brian are wonderful! They helped me help my mom, advocated on my mom’s behalf, and coordinated systems. They helped my mom move to a better and safer living situation, in a very short period of time. Their work is valuable and very much needed! I am so relieved and happy that Lynne and Brian were involved in my mother's treatment plan!

Lynn and Brian were very helpful in finding an assisted living facility for my mom. I had never done this before and wasn't sure how to get started. They arranged a tour, helped with paperwork and communicated with the social worker. I would definitely recommend Care Patrol. They took the stress out of the process.
