We can’t say enough about the support we received from CarePatrol. They helped us navigate a very difficult situation with genuine care and professionalism every step of the way. From the beginning, they truly listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and made themselves available whenever we needed them—even on evenings and weekends.
Most importantly, they took the time to understand our mom’s needs and matched her with the perfect place. Their guidance brought us peace of mind during a stressful time, and we’re so grateful for their compassion and dedication. Highly recommend to anyone facing similar decisions.

Lynn and Brian were absolutely fantastic. They worked with me at crunch time to get my mother a place. Really, I don't know what I would have done without them. It is such a stressful time. Lynn was great in helping me with what our options were and helping me to work thru all of the information. They literally set me up with tours the next day. Once I figured it out, she just went at it. She made sure all the paperwork needed for both facilities was taken care of. She worked with the social worker to get mom everything she needed including wheelchair and transportation. She genuinely wanted to help and was so kind thru all of it. I truly appreciate her and would highly recommend her to anyone working thru a transition like this. She is an asset to any organization!

personally evaluated our needs, ability to afford our wants and took time to tour 2 facilities that was financially doable. Recent medical events resulted in placing my wife in one of the facilities that I toured. The contact person that we were familiar with followed up after we moved into the facility and offered help to correct some communication problems between the facility and the family. Your representative helped to guide us through the transition of care at home vs extended care facility.

Lynne and Brian really work hard helping you find the right place for your loved one. They scheduled all of our visits based on our availability. When we had to move my dad because of finances, they stepped in again to help us find a place within our budget. They keep on top of everything for you. We needed extra help to get my dad Veterans Assistance and Lynne helped us get started and connected to the right offices. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Care Patrol if you need help placing a loved one in a nursing, memory or assisted living care facility. Lynne and Brian were very helpful to my brother and I as we navigated the need for memory care for our mother. This was very sudden and unexpected and we didn't even know where to start as we were never presented with a situation such as this. Every contact I had with Lynne from the initial phone call to setting up appointments and follow-up throughout the whole process was top notch!! We're still going through the process but I cannot be more thankful for their help so far. Our journey is not over yet I just hope everything works out in our favor (but it's out of our control right now). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
