My brother began looking into assisted living about a year ago. Not in any hurry at the time, He reached out to Dave Hood with Care Patrol for help. Dave was nothing but amazing. Over time, Dave helped in so many areas. He toured multiple locations until we found the right one. He was always willing to answer guestions and direct us to people who could help navigate through any area unfamiliar to us. He took a lot of care and time to help my brother find his new home. Dave was able to answer so many questions for us and made a stressful time much easier. He was familiar with the various facilities in the area my parents wanted and was able to guide us to the one with features most important to them. He was also able to make great recommendations on next steps.

Dave Hood was awesome to work with! He was very knowledgable about the different living facilities and gave me several good choices of places to visit that were within the price range and that had the amenities my parents wanted. He made the process so much less stressful and introduced me to places that I otherwise would have not known about. Dave was always easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions that I had. I am so thankful for Care Patrol, I don't know what I would have done without Dave's help!

I liked that I had someone to help me because I've never done this before. That someone was Christine Sinacola. She answered all the questions that I had and intervened for me when I did not understand something or didn't hear a question. She was easy to talk to and was very reassuring.

Christine Sinacola is amazing! She is kind, caring and knowledgeable. With her expertise I was able to find a wonderful safe placement for my mom, who has dementia. I can’t say enough about Christine! I highly recommend Christine and CarePatrol.
