Knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic response to my brother's needs. Effective coordination between two representatives, Paula Sotir and Charles Picard, including help on Friday evening and throughout the weekend when complications occurred involving transport service.

I wish I had heard of Care Patrol earlier in my search for assisted living facilities for my dad. It would’ve saved me a lot of time and disappointment. Our adviser did a wonderful job assessing my dad‘s needs and helping us find the right home for him. He also, helped with the doctor’s paperwork making it less of a hassle for us. It was a great experience having found this company and I’d recommend it to anyone in search of care for their loved one.

Charles Picard provided the caring, expertise, resources, accessibility, and EXCELLENCE that my family needed to remove our mother from a sub-par rehabilitation facility and locate a better care living arrangement. Our mother's condition changed, and we were advocating for better care. (She left in poorer health than when she entered.) He carefully and empathetically listened to our concerns. He used his expertise to recommend other facilities, answered our calls promptly, and checked in on us while we worked with a better facility to move her. Our contact became unavailable for a week, and when mom's stay moved into the third week, it was too late to move her. Charles Picard made it a priority to find the best group home to meet her new care needs. He accompanied us on a tour of the group home that we now are relieved is giving her excellent quality care. We would not found the group home or known its quality without his help. CarePatrol has an invaluable, priceless, caring, and professional senior member of your team. He has earned his seniority. My sister and I are so grateful!
