Meeting Anupama Shojaei was an answer to our prayers. She was professional and listened to our needs for finding my sister a board and care home. We were VERY pleased with the home we toured and my sister is now receiving the care she needs. I can now rest assured my sister is safe and well cared for. We are forever grateful. Anupama has been beyond helpful, as we learn to navigate the assisted living and board and care home systems. The whole process is overwhelming, but she was able to break it down into manageable steps for us. She has been so patient with us, even when she needed to explain things more than once. She was very thorough in her information gathering, truly listening to us, before finding homes for us to tour. She found exactly what we were hoping/looking for, and we have my mom happily settled into her new home.
