Kirk was helpful without being pushy and made my Dad feel comfortable with this transition. When we had a delay due to a hospital stay, Kirk continued to help us navigate everything. He is terrific at his job and a great advocate for seniors.

I’m thankful for CarePatrol! They gave me guidance in an area I knew nothing about. When my sister was diagnosed with early onset dementia I was distraught. I didn’t know which way to turn since she lived in Florida & I am in Pennsylvania. Both agencies are great! The move up north was easy with CarePatrol giving me different options.

So grateful that Kirk helped me find a place for my dad and he likes it there at Birdsboro Lodge. It is a very homey place and the people there are wonderful.

CarePatrol was extremely helpful and moved quickly to assist and help with getting my father into a community. They listened to his needs and wanted to make sure he was taken care of. They communicated with me and kept me up to date and worked directly with my father’s rehab facility as well as his new care community to make the transition as easy as it could be. Saved me hours of research and worry. Extremely happy to have worked with them!

I love Kristine! She is a big part of why it makes so pleasant to be there. She was very helpful and very accommodating to the residents. Love the sitting areas on all the floors although it would be nice if there was a television there. I like the washer and dryer’s and the fact that the detergent goes in According to the load through the tub, that is attached. It is very peaceful there. You always see you employees which is good to see. They are also very accommodating when you have questions. I also like the fact that it seems like everyone who works there that is like their job, even the younger people. Including and not limited to dining room employees.

Kirk Campfield is fantastic! His expertise was key in finding the best living situation for our mother in a timely fashion. His professionalism was steadfast through all of our questions, phone calls, emails and text messages. Even after our mother was placed, he still kept in touch to see how she was doing. He made a very stressful and difficult time much easier to handle with NO pressure whatsoever. My sister's and I highly recommend Kirk and Care Patrol!

Kirk Campfield came highly recommended to me by a family member. Kirk helped us during a very stressful time. His expertise and knowledge of senior communities in PA was very valuable, and removed the burden of locating the right senior community for our Mother, so we could care for her until she moved.
