There are not enough kind words to describe Matthew Flanagan with CarePatrol. He has been with my sister and I from the start of this emotional journey to place our loved one in the hands of professionals. Matt has been instrumental in providing resources and advice along the way. He personally visited potential care facilities and helped us make the best decision possible under difficult circumstances. He is kind, thoughtful, respectful and always available to answer our questions or concerns. Most importantly, Matt genuinely cares about people and what happens to them. He is an amazing person, and we are forever grateful to him.

I had been introduced to Care patrol from our local home care agency. Lake Arrowhead Home care.
I contacted Matt Flannigan he explain to me the purpose of Care patrol .
After some consideration we asked for help in finding a place for a loved one.
Though we did not use his services right away.(our loved one had shown some really good improvement)
Things did change and rather quickly.
Matt helped us with the speed of light,
with a solid recommendation and vetted board and care that supports hospice patients ,it checked off every box we needed.
He helped us on a late Thursday our family was discharged from the hospital on Fri and Matt not only found the placement but had been there till our loved one had gotten there.
He helped arranged everything. With acceptance to the care home,discharge from the hospital, and transportation to the care facility.
Words cannot really describe how kind compassionate and professional Matt Flannigan treated our family.
