What I liked most was the help I was provided coordinating with my mother's doctor's office to get the physicians report filled out for the assisted living facility. As a result, we got that completed on time and that helped a lot to get my mom moved into the memory care facility. Gina was a very nice person to work with and made herself available as necessary to get the job done. Thank you for the professional and courteous service you provided. If I have the opportunity I would recommend your service to others.

When faced with placing both of our parents at the same time in a Care Facility it was overwhelming. We did not know where to start and there were so many listed on line, to compare them and visit the facilites was daunting. Then CoastCare referred us to Gina from CarePatrol. She called us a few hours later and asked for all the right information in order to place our parents in the correct Care Facility that whould be good for their particular needs. She was kind, understanding and worked quickly as our needs were immediate. Gina had the ability to immediately contact different Facilites and see if there were openings for 2 people which would have taken us days. Within a day she had 3 facilities to tour that met our needs. When we met Gina she was very personable and concerned about our situation and we immediately felt comfortable that we were in the right hands. She set up the meetings, went with us and explained what the facilities would provide for us. The very First Care Facility Gina took us to was Perfect! We signed up with them the next day and were able to move our parents in immediatelly. Gina has been in constant communication with us about the process and every question we had she had the right answer. Gina went well beyound to help us in this extremely difficult time. After our parents went into the Memory Care Facility Gina was still keeping in contact to make sure all is OK and see if there is anything else she can do. We just can't thank her enough, we don't know what we would have done without her. She is the BEST and you will not be disappointed. Thank you for everything Gina.

I worked with Gina Singh. I have never met a more compassionate human being in my life. She took me as a perfect stranger listened to my need for help for my wife. She took time and found the correct memory care facility for us. She continuously took her time to contact me to see how my welfare was doing during this ordeal. She was AWAYS there for us and went out of her way to make my life easier. She genuinely cares for people and wants to help them as much as she can. She took us from just looking to getting my wife the care she needed in less that 6 weeks. Once my wife was settled Gina made sure here things were set up in her room, unpacked her boxes and kept me informed with all that was happening. She acted as an interface for me with the facility so I could get the proper answers.
I can not say enough about the kindness and caring Gina gave me during this hardest decision of my life.

Gina Singh is the most wonderful person who truly cares about her clients. Very thorough, thoughtful and caring. I am so happy that there is a service that exists to place seniors in assisted living. But I must say that it is the personal touch that Gina does as an agent of Care Patrol that makes the difference. She does not forget about the clients and follows up continuously to ensure needs are addressed. Fantastic service!!!
