I have to say that Deb and her son Ryan at Care Patrol are next level amazing. It’s a tricky time and for my parents their need for a special place for them to go was quick and had many hurdles. Deb and Ryan hung in there with us for a very long time. They never quit on us when our family was really on the brink. Now my mom is in an amazing place that exceeds our dreams. It’s all due to Deb and Ryan. We knew nothing about late life care before them and again they guided us and carried us to where we needed to be.

Deb is wonderful. She knows everything about every assisted living facility in the valley and found the perfect one for my mother right away. She is truly an expert. To anyone looking for an excellent place for themselves or a relative: You’d be crazy not to give Deb a call!

CarePatrol after reviewing our needs showed us several Group Homes. They were all in a neighborhood close to our residence in Scottsdale. We were able to agree on a move in date and the process began. We needed information for my husbands Long Term Care insurance policy which was obtained. He moved in and is in the process of getting settled. CarePatrol (Deb) has checked in from time to time to see how things are going.

Lily was fabulous to work with. Effectively communicated daily, excellent follow up and very efficient. Located a place for Mom that I could afford in 2 days! My Mother has been with Hospice of the Valley for 5 months and they would not help me at all with locating a home for Mom.

We worked with Care Patrol to move mom into Assisted Living. It was time, but she didn’t want to leave her house. Deb guided us through understanding Dementia, what to expect and how to manage our feelings and hers. She offered alternatives from Home Care to Senior Communities. With Deb’s help we found a good fit for mom. Deb checked in with us for 2 years, to see how mom was doing. She kept us informed about the care industry and its post-Covid recovery. This month, I called Deb about a decline in my mom’s care. She and Ryan responded immediately. Within hours they found us a gorgeous home for mom and a moving company. They arranged for transportation, mom traveled in comfort and style to her new home, and Care Patrol covered that cost. Mom’s new home is a huge improvement, like it was custom made for her needs and personal taste. I wouldn’t know it existed without Care Patrol. The care business is a changing landscape. Luck for us, Care Patrol is an industry watchdog. Their diligent effort and quick response to mom’s needs, greatly improved her quality of life. My family is forever grateful to Deb, Ryan and Care Patrol.

Working with CarePatrol was amazing. Ryan took over every detail in regards to getting my husband moved to Barton House. The burden of having to make all arrangements was lifted off my shoulders and the transition was smooth. This is a fantastic organization!

The staff at Care Patrol listened to what our needs were for our dad, and proceeded to provide excellent referrals. This was a hard enough decision so having a company that had done the legwork was a big help. I toured facilities with them and also on my own, and finally selected the best choice for our dad's needs. We would highly recommend their services.
