When our family was looking for an assisted living community for my sister who had had a stroke, April Graves came highly recommended by another one of her clients. April responded almost immediately to my initial inquiry, listened patiently as I explained our needs and wants, asked thoughtful questions and has displayed genuine kindness, compassion and empathy throughout every interaction. Within a day or two, she arranged tours of three or four communities that she felt would best suit our needs and accompanied me to each one. She asked the communities specific and relevant questions that I didn't even realize were important, clearly demonstrating her knowledge and understanding of not only the industry but of our individual needs as well. She advocated vigorously for us, helped us to make our decisions with confidence and we are ever so grateful for her support and friendship. Finding senior care can be a daunting journey at best. Do not feel you have to go it alone. Contact April for her expertise, experience and support. You won't regret it.

April was invaluable in helping us navigate the process of finding an assisted living facility for our parents. From the logistics of setting up tours of different facilities to going with us on the tours and talking through the pros and cons of each, her expertise helped us understand the options and know what kinds of questions to ask in order to make sure we were finding the right fit for our parents. She stayed with us throughout the entire journey and was available for questions and advice not just until we decided on a facility but also beyond, following up to see how things were going as we settled out parents into their new home. Her knowledge, kindness and sense of humor were very much appreciated during this challenging time and helped make the entire process feel much less overwhelming. We are extremely grateful for all of her help and support!

We worked with Lindsay to find a home for our sister/sister in law. We had very limited time to find a suitable location. Lindsay very patiently and articulately helped us understand the differences between assisted living and an adult family home for our loved one. We quickly realized the adult family home was the right choice. Over a weekend Lindsay found several for us to tour on the Monday, then found two more that were better located and appointed the day we toured with her. We chose one of the later, took our sister to see it the next day, and moved her in two days later. We were lost in the process of finding somewhere suitable and could have had the kind of positive outcome without Lindsay's contacts, guidance, and patience. This made the process a good experience in a time of stress and anxiety.

I would definitely recommend Shane Pierard from CarePatrol of Seattle. She assisted us during a stressful time to find the appropriate Adult Family Home for my husband. Shane made all the calls to see places and took me to each one. With her caring help, we found the one that was a perfect fit.
