We worked with Lindsay to find a home for our sister/sister in law. We had very limited time to find a suitable location. Lindsay very patiently and articulately helped us understand the differences between assisted living and an adult family home for our loved one. We quickly realized the adult family home was the right choice. Over a weekend Lindsay found several for us to tour on the Monday, then found two more that were better located and appointed the day we toured with her. We chose one of the later, took our sister to see it the next day, and moved her in two days later.
We were lost in the process of finding somewhere suitable and could have had the kind of positive outcome without Lindsay's contacts, guidance, and patience. This made the process a good experience in a time of stress and anxiety.

Shane at CarePatrol was incredibly helpful and made the stressful process of finding a placement quickly for my mom as easy as possible. With her support I was able to navigate the unfamiliar world of placing my mom in assisted care with the confidence that I was making the right choice. I would definitely recommend Shane Pierard from CarePatrol of Seattle. She assisted us during a stressful time to find the appropriate Adult Family Home for my husband. Shane made all the calls to see places and took me to each one. With her caring help, we found the one that was a perfect fit. This gave me peace and comfort knowing my spouse will be well taken care of when I could no longer do so. I'm fortunate to have had her recommended to me through Foss Skilled Nursing.

Since this is the first time I have had to deal with looking for care for an aging parent, I appreciated how Shane asked the right questions to help guide me to what would be best for my Mom and our family. I appreciated the tours she set up in such a timely manner. And I was grateful for her being somewhat of a facilitator in getting info from the SNF when I was having a difficult time getting it.

Shane was my contact person referred to me by someone in my support group. When you’re struggling how to care for your loved one and what are the options I was relieved CarePatrol knew the answers. After working for a few weeks on placement I was able to secure my loved one in a beautiful facility. Eternally grateful for the help and guidance

Shane is our angel! She went above and beyond to move our sister into an adult family home. We cannot say enough about her very professional search for the "right fit." We live 2,000 miles away and did not know where to begin. Shane set up zoom tours for us so we did not even have to be in Washington. Shane also continues to offer her assistance AND friendship AND emotional support. If you are looking for help finding an adult family home, we recommend calling Shane! You will not be disappointed!

Placing your loved one in a group home for nursing care is a very difficult situation at best. Care Patrol really took the burden off of our family. We had no idea where to start looking. Alicia was wonderful! She was professional, efficient, courteous, but always caring. This made the process so much easier for our family. She found a group home for my father to live in. She really went above and beyond the requirements of her job to talk to me put my mind at ease during the whole referral process. I was absolutely satisfied with my experience at Care Patrol.
