Care Patrol communicates and requests honest feedback on caregiver agencies. It cares what a person's experiences are. I also like that its representatives are visible in the community and make presentations at public venues. Those public presentations let caregiving families they have a place to go with concerns, questions, advice, recommendations, etc. regarding caregiving agencies.

Erin was so helpful with helping us in our time of need. With our busy schedules and lack of knowledge in the next steps of caring for mom, we felt lost and panicked in placing her into the right assisted living facility for her when the time came up so quickly. Erin met with us and mom, suggested several places, and immediately set up tours. She asked questions that she knew would be important to my mom from her interview and assessment. We found the perfect place for her and are so very happy and relieved she’s in a place that fits her so well. We could never have done this without Erin’s attention, detail, and professionalism!
