Tammy was such a joy to work with. Her enthusiasm and support through a difficult transition a lot of took stress off our family's shoulders. She was responsive, communicative, understanding, caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. The network and relationships she has built through-out her years of service at CarePatrol really shined throughout the process. Erin and Care Patrol were a life saver during a very stressful and difficult time. Erin took the time to get to know my dad, our family, and my dad’s needs. She quickly and seamlessly walked us through the process of finding my dad an assisted living facility. She provided with several options, questions to ask when touring and ideas of things to think about when on tour. She helped me advocate for my dad and was there to answer all of our questions. She was a calm and caring individual who was a blessing to us. I even recommended Care Patrol to a friend when she was having to go through the same situation. We are very grateful for all of your guidance and assistance!

Erin was absolutely phenomenal! She has and continues to show a deep caring for our parent's well-being. She was extremely helpful in the selection process and making sure all of the boxes were checked. Our parents have now moved into their new home, and they love it!

CAREPATROL IS A GREAT RESOURCE TO ASSIST IN FOCUSING ON THE CARE FACILITIES MOST RELATIVE TO YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION. FROM COORDINATING NEEDS AND RESOURCES, TO SETTING UP WORKABLE TIMING FOR TOURS, TO CLARIFYING SUBTLE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN TOURED FACILITIES, CAREPATROL OF SHEBOYGAN/WEST BEND PLAYED A POSITIVE ROLE IN EQUIPPING US TO ARRIVE AT A DECISION IN A TIMELY MANNER. Ryan was amazing and showed that he cared about my father as well as me. He gave me resources to connect with and just was there the entire way. I will be contacting him again soon as we need to place our mother in a facility soon.

Ryan Raabe has been amazing!! From the very first time I called him he has offered his help if I needed it. I initially called him when I knew my dad would be needing assisted living in the near future. Ryan took the time to understand my and my dad's situation. He made record of my dad's information and answered any questions that I had, sent me information and resources, and told me if I needed his help to let him know. About a year later I knew it was time that assisted living would be best for my dad. I called Ryan again. He remembered me and pulled up my dad's information. It was difficult for me to make the decision and Ryan was VERY understanding. Long story short... Ryan gave me names of places that he thought might be best for my dad to live and some info about them. He called the one I thought was best for my dad, set up an appointment for my dad and me to tour it and even met us there! After the tour Ryan has been in contact to see how things are going and said that even though we found a place for my dad to live he is still available if we need him. Thank you so much Ryan!! Gina
