Ryan from CarePatrol was our lifeline in a very difficult time for our family, as my mom was experiencing health issues and we needed to start exploring assisted living options for her. We just didn't even know where to start. Ryan guided us through every step of the process, including listening carefully to what my mom's needs were, setting up the facility tours for us, and even accompanying us on all of the tours to help us know what questions to ask because we were so overwhelmed. We would have been lost without his guidance, and he was so responsive to our questions and needs. We are so grateful to Ryan and CarePatrol for helping our family navigate such a challenging time!

I am absolutely impressed with, and thankful for, the service CarePatrol provided for my sister and I. Tammy was our CarePatrol advocate for finding an assisted living facility in Sheboygan. She set up meetings and appointments and provided information on various facilities, attended these meetings and gave great advice on how to choose one. She did all this within 2 days. It would have taken me 2 weeks full time to do what she did. And I thank the health care facilities in the area who fund this free service. What a great network they have for assisting people new to this type of need. Thank you. God Bless you!

Erin had all the info on resources for seniors, she arranged tours for facilities and went with me for support. She paid attention to details and offered things I would not have thought off. It is a no cost service, they prescreen all level of care facilities, lawyers, home care, etc.

Erin was very good at listening to my sister-in-law’s preferences and pointing us in a direction that worked well. She kept us informed and made sure the application was submitted in time to secure a placement.

CarePatrol showed true care and concern for my mother's needs and my own needs also. They always made time for us and helped us very quickly. And, they found a home that was suited to us. I would definitely reach out to them if I needed what they offered again. Very satisfied.

Ryan was absolutely exceptional. He took a ton of time working with me to understand my mother's needs while she was in-patient at the hospital and before she was discharged from the rehab facility. His recommendations and relationships with care facilities was spot on. He met with each facility with me and helped outline how each facility would help to match up with her. Ultimately, we went with in-home care. That care has been exceptional. Without Ryan, I don't think we would have had the peace of mind that we've had. I would recommend Ryan and Care Patrol without reservation. First class care in every aspect.

How well they understand your situation and are willing to help with each and every situation that arises. The continued support of searching until we are all satisfied with what we are wanting and looking for in order to properly care for our elderly in any type of situation. Also, the knowledge and resources they have available to offer. Besides their experience and expertise. The respect and understanding that is given is extremely appreciated and important! When I needed help finding my dad an assisted living facility fast, they came through quickly. They gave me very good information and kept me updated. They helped me navigate the process of securing a place for my dad. I could not have done all that on my own. I thank them for all their help.

Tammy was such a joy to work with. Her enthusiasm and support through a difficult transition a lot of took stress off our family's shoulders. She was responsive, communicative, understanding, caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. The network and relationships she has built through-out her years of service at CarePatrol really shined throughout the process. Erin and Care Patrol were a life saver during a very stressful and difficult time. Erin took the time to get to know my dad, our family, and my dad’s needs. She quickly and seamlessly walked us through the process of finding my dad an assisted living facility. She provided with several options, questions to ask when touring and ideas of things to think about when on tour. She helped me advocate for my dad and was there to answer all of our questions. She was a calm and caring individual who was a blessing to us. I even recommended Care Patrol to a friend when she was having to go through the same situation. We are very grateful for all of your guidance and assistance!
