We worked with Erin and she did an amazing job. We were not familiar with a lot of the assisted living’s in the area and she navigated this for us & checked with us frequently to see how we were & how we liked the assisted living we had chosen. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking for placement of a loved one.Can’t thank them enough.

Ryan was extremely timely with communication, and was helpful getting tours set up to visit facilities. He follows up with us a few times in the upcoming weeks, and once he found out we were officially moving our mom he sent resources and offered up continued services during and after the transition

This is such a difficult time for so many reasons. Suddenly, the person I love, respect and admire the most was unable to care for herself or make decisions. Navigating The Nursing Home System seemed impossible and completely over my head and I broke down in tears. A friend told me about CarePatrol and when I contacted them it changed everything. Jennifer walked me through every step..was available anytime day or night and did it all with a kind and soft touch. I am eternally grateful and would recommend them to anybody .

Complete professionalism. Erin was with us every step. Responsive to questions, answered texts in a timely fashion, followed our dad’s move from start to finish and beyond. We had no experience in this process but it was made easy for us. Highly recommend!

Ryan Rabe was incredibly helpful, compassionate and caring during a very stressful time for my family. We were in crisis mode and needed to place my mom into a memory care facility within a very short period of time. Ryan sprung into action quickly - even while he was on vacation out of country. He made arrangements for me to view multiple local residential facilities within a day or two of my request. We did choose one of the memory care facilities suggested by Ryan. Furthermore, Ryan's care and concern about the well-being of my mom did not end with her placement in the residential facility. In the following months, Ryan has stopped by to check on my mom in person and he has followed up with me via phone to see how everything is going with my mom's transition to her new home. I live out of state so it is reassuring to know Ryan remains a local advocate for my mom. It's obvious that working for CarePatrol is not just a job to Ryan. He views it as a calling to help others in his community. Ryan goes the extra mile to assist his clients. Being referred to Ryan/CarePatrol was nothing short of divine intervention for me and my family. We couldn't have made the residential transition happen for my mom as quickly and smoothly without Ryan's assistance and professional expertise. I highly recommend Ryan Rabe and CarePatrol's services to residents within Manitowoc County (and beyond).

I felt that both consultans that we worked with, really cared. They were helpful in advocating for us and our needs. They either talked or met with us multiple times to support our family in making the best decsion for our family member. There was also a follow after our family member moved into the senior community, to see how things were going. We really appreciated all their respectful help and support.

We so appreciated the prompt answers and response and sound counsel from Ryan at Care Patrol when finding assisted living care for my stepdad. We previously used Care Patrol in Wauwatosa/Brookfield for a family member and had such a great experience that when we needed additional help for my stepdad in Plymouth. I was relieved to find out they had resources in that area, too - and it helped my mom and siblings immeasurably to have a resource locally. Ryan gave my parents the confidence to make the next necessary steps, and he did so with helpful information, research, informed experience and respect at every turn. THANK YOU, Care Patrol and Ryan.

CarePatrol has been a God send to me. After meeting with Lisa Richardson and Ryan Rabe I knew I was in goods hands finding the right care facility for my sister. From the beginning, Ryan and Lisa were always there to help me with any questions or concerns that I had. I wish I would have known about CarePatrol when my mother had to into assisted living. This was an incredible experience that made everything so much easier and less stressful. They are very caring and very helpful. We had Ryan help us find a great home for our mother with dementia. She definitely needed more care that my sister and I could give her. He found the right place for mom. He keeps in touch with us to follow up how mom is doing. I would suggest to anybody that has to go through this situation with a family member to contact the CarePatrol.
