Erin went above and beyond helping answer my many questions. She was very prompt with emails, txts and phone calls. When meeting her for the tour, she helped explain in great detail how assisted living is and was kind and courteous. I would recommend Erin to everyone, because she helped make transition smooth and comfortable. Thank you Erin!

Erin was awesome, helped us with all our needs, even went above and beyond. After we had my dad placed in rehab my dad got sick and ended up back at hospital she reached out asking if we needed anything. Thank you

She listened to all of our concerns, provided guidance and asked lots of questions to help up find a memory care community that Mom will be comfortable in. Our agent was very professional in handling all aspects of our transition. From her bright cheery attitude and professional appearance, she's a winner. She delivered upmost compassion towards family and clients. Everything was presented upfront with all of the information that we needed for our loved one to succeed in the assisted living community. It's a time of difficult decisions that we had known nothing about. Our agent, Kristen, had provided us with all the information we needed to more forward with the best results for everyone.

Although I worked with CarePatrol for a short period of time due to our circumstances, I am not sure how I would have navigated finding placement for my dad in a timely manner without CarePatrol. It greatly reduced my stress during a challenging time. Erin was kind and provided a wealth of information that provided me with knowledge and guidance.
