Both Annie and Liz are amazing. They go beyond their job title by offering understanding, compassion and patience. My friend is at the crossroads of a very difficult time in her life and having both Annie and Liz have helped me immensely, not only with their knowledge of the transition, but by their warmth and kindness. I am so happy that they will be there for us for the long haul. It is both comforting and reassuring.
