Very professional, punctual, they listen to your concerns/needs and show facilities that fit within your criteria. They work with you throughout the entire process from visiting facilities to coordinating placement. Highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone looking to place their loved one in an Assisted or Memory Care Facility.

My two brothers and myself have been watching our mother decline mentally over the past year until we finally realized we had to do something in order to protect her from her self. I reached out to carepatrol and I realized I was in touch with someone who knew what my brothers and me were going through. I had several phone conversations with Ken and he put us at ease knowing he new exactly what we needed for our mother and would set a tour to 4 different memory care facilities that he thought would be the right fit for our mother. Ken made a very important but difficult decision we had to make with care as if it were his own mother. Thanks to Ken we were able to select a great memory care facility for our mother and handled all the necessary paperwork from her doctor to make this all possible. Thanks to care patrol our mother is in a perfect place to take care of all of our mothers needs. Don’t try this difficult task alone call the folks at care patrol they really care and the best part is it did not cost us a dime. Thanks Ken for everything. Joe teague

Care Patrol was there for me during a very difficult time in my life. I learned about them from the VA and they helped me navigate life changes with my father, an elderly veteran. Some very kind ladies at Care Patrol (Darlene and Johnsie) treated me like family and helped me every step of the way. Because of the kindness of these strangers, my father is now in a safe place and “happy as can be” as he says.

Johnsie and Susie were very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions. This was a difficult decision for me and they handled all my concerns with ease. My mom is happy with her placement and I believe she will thrive in the facility.

While we were in the Emergency Room trying to get the best care for my loved one, we were referred to Ken. He has a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience that was invaluable in navigating the health care system. He helped us to see multiple options for care and was available to tour three different care options. He has been available by phone to answer any follow-up questions that arose. I feel confident that if an expert in health care options is needed that CarePatrol is a service that you should seek out for assistance.

Johnsie was well informed of the ins and outs of placing my mother. Her experience and connections made our hunt less stressful and it all happen rather quickly. She understood the needs of my mom tried to meet them with the facilities that had availability.

They were very helpful, informative, dedicated, and supportive throughout the process of searching and finding the right place for my Grandmother to live. They helped to walk us through everything that we needed to know. And they made sure to check back in on us and were willing to work with me and my work schedule. Thanks to care patrol we found a local memory care facility that has a caring and engaging environment.

Care Patrol worked diligently to find the right senior living for my mom. I was on a time constraint and Susie jumped right on it and had appointments set up within that week. I met with her colleague Al who served as our advocate, he was knowledgeable and provided guidance as we toured the facility. Susie and Al made this a seamless experience and I am truly grateful for their service. I highly recommend CarePatrol of Upstate SC.

I heard about CarePatrol from a social worker in the ER at Lexington Medical Center. From the beginning, I felt they understood what I was going through and would help if able. From information to suggesting rehabs to tours to checking on us, our experience was WONDERFUL and I have already suggested them to many people over the last few years!

Susie was great. My Dad's needs changed from assisted living to memory care. She helped me find a place as I live in another state. Communicated and answered every question i had. She facilitated a virtual tour with the facility and paperwork was sent the same day. Susie even checked in with me after my father moved into the new facility. Very thankful for Susie during this time.

We were at a point with my mother where we didn’t know where to turn for 24 hour care. I met Ken in the hospital and he helped educate me with my options. After that, I was informed enough to be able to make a decision regarding her care. Johnsie helped us tour a few places and her suggestions on what to look for helped us immensely. With their help, Mom was placed in an assisted living facility where she’s happy and secure. We can’t thank them enough!

This was the 2nd time I worked with Care Patrol. The first time was with Deb in the Charlotte area. I reached back out to her and let her know my mom was relocating to Summerville area, she referred me to Johnsie. Johnsie, our Care Patrol guide, took us out in a hurricane to see senior housing!! Talk about commitment to her craft! She really loves what she does. We found the perfect place for my mom at Summerville Estates thanks to Johnsie and Care Patrol! Thank you to everyone at your company for the wonderful work you do!
