Tracy was very responsive. She listened to our needs and then matched us with potential communities. She visited with us and highlighted things for us to consider. Once we decided on Bear Creek Retirement Community, she served as the “in-between” as we worked through the details. This is our second experience with Care Patrol of South Denver and we wouldn’t work with anyone else! They make the process manageable and a positive experience. Thank you!!

I had an outstanding experience with CarePatrol of South Denver. I reached out on May 20th and received a response the very same day. Tracy Bowman, MSML, BSW, Senior Placement Specialist, immediately stepped in, assessed my mother’s needs, and identified two Memory Care communities she was eligible for. She scheduled tours right away and even joined me on each visit, which made a tremendous difference. Tracy also supported my father throughout the entire process, helping him understand what to expect and easing the emotional load. Thanks to her guidance and responsiveness, we were able to place my mother in a suitable Memory Care community within just two weeks — and all of this came at no cost to our family. I’m deeply grateful for Tracy’s compassion, professionalism, and expertise. I highly recommend CarePatrol to any family navigating this difficult transition.

The organization and people working for the organization were friendly and very caring as well as professional. This helped so much with my expience and saved so much time in all her work. I have worked with Tracy twice now and she is fantastic. She helped me find an assisted living for my mom 1.5 years ago after an intense hospital and rehab stay. It was the perfect fit! We had to move my mom again in the last month and again Tracy worked to find another perfect fit for her medical and social needs. Tracy is caring and understanding of each situation and assisted me and my family in all aspects of the experience. I have recommended her several times in the past and recently. Laura has been amazing to work with! She went above and beyond expectations to find my mom a place to live that both met her needs and really catered to her desires. Did all this from another state - Laura met with my mom several times throughout the process, and helped walk her through the options and decisions. Highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone needing assistance with long term care of aging relatives!

Ericha did an excellent job of finding Assisted Living/Memory Care communities with availability in areas ideally located for our family. She did this in a very short amount of time, providing us with information about those communities, and arranging for and joining us on tours of them. Within a week or so we were able to find the best fit for our mother and secure a new home for her.

Connie was incredible! She found a home for my sister (age 47) by being creative and tenacious. Since my sister is so young, traditional Assisted Living communities would not take her. I will refer anyone looking for care for a family member to Connie and CarePatrol. PS I believe I already posted a review on Google.
