Great communication and advice

Ericha did an excellent job of finding Assisted Living/Memory Care communities with availability in areas ideally located for our family. She did this in a very short amount of time, providing us with information about those communities, and arranging for and joining us on tours of them. Within a week or so we were able to find the best fit for our mother and secure a new home for her.

Connie was incredible! She found a home for my sister (age 47) by being creative and tenacious. Since my sister is so young, traditional Assisted Living communities would not take her. I will refer anyone looking for care for a family member to Connie and CarePatrol. PS I believe I already posted a review on Google.

Laura Moreno was a tremendous help to place James into a group home where he can complete his recovery and live comfortably and safely.

Erica was a tremendous help to my brother in law when we were looking for an assisted living unit. She gave us multiple choices to review. We are happy with the choice we made. She also helped us find an attorney to help with some trust work. The experience was great and I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone.

What I liked most is that Beth is committed to finding the best options financially, socially and locationally for the person moving. I felt like I received very honest feedback from her about the individual communities, she was able to get a good read on my parent who was moving and observed how she interacted with each community, something that being so close to the situation I missed. She was very professional, compassionate, thoughtful and I felt very comfortable working with her. This is the second time we've utilized Beth and Care Patrol and I didn't hesitate reaching out once we knew our parent needed a safe, comfortable place to move to.

Laura, has been a Godsend, she has made this difficult situation manageable. She helped us find a great place for my dad to move, she provided encouragement and support throughout the whole process. CarePatrol was a godsend when we had to place my father in assisted living in a short period of time. They took his and our needs into consideration when looking at facilities and worked within our schedules during a very tight time frame. I highly recommend them!

A lot to like! The representatives are caring, respectful, & extremely helpful. They are familiar with programs and assisted living options that would be a good fit for your loved one. They give you options and do not pressure you to accept an option that you are not comfortable with. Michele Oliver

Had my first experience of “mom getting older” accident and being literally THROWN into trying to figure out hospital/rehab/short-term care all at once with NO clue on any of it as solely relying on medical personnel advice. Then, along came Ericha!! What a Godsend!! What a WELTH of knowledgeable information she has on SO much!! She was able to help not just my Mom but myself as well trying to navigate through how/what to do with a knee fracture and rehab time for her. She is SO EXTREMELY knowledgeable in so many aspects of the short term rehab and short/long term care facilities. She met and spent a lot of time with both my Mom and I to get a better understanding of what she would need and what type/kind of facility would fit her needs the best down to even the staff at so many different facilities!! She KNOWS her stuff and there is A LOT!! She was not quick to pick a place for my Mom, I toured different assisted living facilities with her. Can’t express enough how much time she invested in us. Ericha was quick to respond to emails and always picked up the never ending calls I had with questions and concerns. Never having had to go through this before she was beyond a blessing to have help us!! Ericha is a true asset to Care Patrol! I have her number tucked away for now, but know down the line I’ll be reaching out to her again.
