Had my first experience of “mom getting older” accident and being literally THROWN into trying to figure out hospital/rehab/short-term care all at once with NO clue on any of it as solely relying on medical personnel advice. Then, along came Ericha!! What a Godsend!! What a WELTH of knowledgeable information she has on SO much!! She was able to help not just my Mom but myself as well trying to navigate through how/what to do with a knee fracture and rehab time for her. She is SO EXTREMELY knowledgeable in so many aspects of the short term rehab and short/long term care facilities. She met and spent a lot of time with both my Mom and I to get a better understanding of what she would need and what type/kind of facility would fit her needs the best down to even the staff at so many different facilities!! She KNOWS her stuff and there is A LOT!! She was not quick to pick a place for my Mom, I toured different assisted living facilities with her. Can’t express enough how much time she invested in us. Ericha was quick to respond to emails and always picked up the never ending calls I had with questions and concerns. Never having had to go through this before she was beyond a blessing to have help us!! Ericha is a true asset to Care Patrol! I have her number tucked away for now, but know down the line I’ll be reaching out to her again.

McKayla was awesome from start to finish! She broke things down by weeks to make everything manageable! I can't thank her enough for helping me and my aunt find the best care up until we could find an assisted living facility. I could not have done this without her help living in a different state! Care Patrol people can actually advise you about a subject you likely won’t have researched. Even so, they personally know a lot of the people who work in the various facilities. Truly the most helpful company I’ve worked with all year and definitely saved my sanity.

Tracey Litzenberger was excellent! I highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, she was objective yet compassionate. She explained all the options we had and scheduled a tour with two assisted living facilities. She understood what we were looking for and recommended two very good options. She was very approachable and never made me feel uncomfortable when calling her to ask questions.
