I truly cried tears of joy after my very first conversation with Jodi from CarePatrol. It felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. She was exactly the person, and CarePatrol was exactly the service,our family so desperately needed during an incredibly emotional and overwhelming time. Jodi guided us with genuine compassion and professionalism through the entire process of moving both my grandmother and uncle into an assisted living community. She didn’t treat it like a one-size-fits-all situation. Instead, we had thoughtful, in-depth conversations about each of them individually. She asked all the right questions (many we would’ve never thought to consider) to really understand who they are as people, their needs, preferences, and personalities. From there, Jodi recommended communities she felt would be the best fit - and she was spot on. She didn’t just send us a list and wish us luck; she personally scheduled the tours, came with us to each one, and asked insightful questions that helped us make informed decisions with confidence. Her presence was reassuring and empowering every step of the way. What stood out the most was how she helped me communicate with the rest of my family. She gave me thoughtful advice on how to approach the conversation in a way that made everyone feel heard, respected, and supported. Instead of feeling like I was telling people what to do, I was able to lead the process with empathy and collaboration - all thanks to her. This experience could’ve been daunting and stressful, but because of Jodi and CarePatrol, it was smooth, thoughtful, and even hopeful. I can’t thank them enough.

Jodi was very helpful through the whole process. She listened to my family's craziness, was able to guide me to a few different appropriate facilities that would work for us and we were able to get my dad into a safe good facility. Jodi was fantastic

When I was on the verge of giving up, Christine and Tracy from CarePatrol stepped in and changed everything. I was overwhelmed and frustrated, often thinking, Why am I wasting time just to be told my parent can’t afford it? But Christine listened to my concerns, took down the details, and reassured me: There is something we can do. She connected me with Tracy, who called the very next day with two potential options. She even offered to schedule the tours and attend them with me. Tracy joined me for the meeting and was incredibly focused and direct, making sure we were on the path to a clear solution. Her support gave me confidence that we were moving toward the right outcome—finding a new home for my parent. I had seen CarePatrol online but was hesitant to reach out. Thankfully, after hearing about them from someone else, I made the call. Being a caregiver for a loved one is challenging enough, and it was such a relief to have a knowledgeable, compassionate team step in and help carry the load. I started working with Jodi from CarePatrol in 2023. I was bringing her a challenging and complex situation. She patiently coached me and walked me through all the problems I brought to her. I never made any moves without talking it out with Jodi first. Finally we were able to get Mom into memory care. Jodi was an angel I could always count on to help my family do what was best for Mom.

During our time of stress and anxiety, needing to quickly find an Assisted Living Facility for our mother, Tracey from Care Patrol immediately swung into action. She offered an abundance of compassion and knowledge of area facilities that would fit our mother’s needs. Tours were immediately scheduled and we were walked through the process every step of the way. With Tracey’s guidance, we were able to find the perfect fit for our mother.
