Tabitha took the time to understand my family members' care needs, their lifestyle and home preferences, our geographic constraints, and our long-term financial options and narrowed down a large field selection of providers to a manageable group of choices that were right for us. She also facilitated interviews and obtained information I needed when making my decision. In a couple of weeks, she helped me achieve a goal that I had made little progress towards in over two years. My loved ones are now settled in a community that is even better than anything I had hoped for.

We were in the position of making a critical decision with hardly any time to do it in. Our case manager at community rehab South referred Tabitha to us and it was a wonderful experience. It was nice to have someone do the homework, provide you with choices, set up appointments and make a decision in a very short order that was going to have a huge impact on both of my parents. I appreciate her time, her willingness to answer questions regardless of the day or time of day it was a seamless experience.

We needed to place my father into a memory care location quickly that would be able to assist with his medical needs that we couldn't attend to. While I could not locate the place on my own and was told he should be placed into hospice, Care Control knew of the perfect fit and we got him moved quickly. He started feeling better quickly as well.

Recently we had wonderful help from Amber Slaughter as we had to move my brother and his wife from their previous facility to a different one. After I filled out the website request for info early this year, Amber was extremely helpful to me in March 2025 in finding 3 assisted living facilities on the south side of Indianapolis that each also had memory care services.
She quickly set up tours at the three facilities on the same day in March. Amber knows the sales directors at the facilities, and Amber was able to answer questions about the facilities and compare them to one another, giving us the pro’s and con’s of each place. She is very familiar with the entire process to enter an assisted living facility. She was able to advise us about costs, admission needs, and many other details along the way. She helped us to find a facility this past spring, and then she helped us again this fall when it became apparent that we needed to move our family members due to high costs at the first facility (one family member was in a memory care unit with higher costs).
We were very grateful to have such wonderful help from Amber of Care Patrol. I highly recommend Care Patrol with no reservations!

Amber was caring, kind and comforting. Compassionate about our Mother's needs and our family concerns. She was informative and detailed. Educated us with excellent guidance on all aspects of memory care placement and all the emotions that go along with it. She was a true advocate for us. During our facility visits, she asked questions to the directors that we didn't think of or may have forgotten. Since it was very emotional for us all.
Truly, I believe that with Amber, the process went so much smoother. I thank God for help.

Since I was from out of town, I would’ve never been able to see all the places Amber took us which was in the area we wanted and the price range. She was very good and answered many questions and we were very satisfied with everything she did. She did a lot of follow up with us which was a big help. She was also very attentive to my sister and her friend who are both now residing in a facility that Amber took us to.

When I initially reached out to CarePatrol by asking online for a consult, I thought it was going to be an overwhelming task to help my family members with this stage of their lives. Amber was very helpful in our initial phone call, taking over one hour to ask me questions about my family's situation in trying to find an appropriate facility for both assisted living and memory care. She listened well and asked many questions to find out specific details for our situation.
Shortly after this phone call, she sent me a list of three facilities in the geographic area that had the needed options for my family members. Once I reviewed the descriptions of the three facilities along with their complaint records, she set up all three tours for a day that worked well for me. Amber met me and another family member that day, and she went to all three communities with us, answering our questions at each place. She knows the staff at the facilities, and she helped me compare and contrast each place.
She continued to advise us as to next steps once we chose one of the three communities and helped us with the steps to sign an agreement. She even checked in by text on moving day and about a week later to see how our family members were doing after moving to their new home. Amber saved us so much time, energy, and stress by providing invaluable information without delay or hassle in our facility search. I highly recommend CarePatrol with no reservations - you will be glad that you called their team. I have already referred a dear friend to CarePatrol for her brother's needs.

The person we worked with was very friendly and very helpful. She helped us set up tour dates for potential assisted living places (with our preferences in mind). She also was very helpful in going on the tours with us and making sure that all of our questions were answered. She kept in contact with us after the visits with follow up questions we might have and once we picked a place she checked in to see how we were settling in and adjusting. Very friendly and personal, I’d give them 10 out of 10 stars and highly recommend their services!
