Deanna was our advisor for the process of finding LTC care for my father who recently could not live safely alone at home. We were pointed to Care Patrol services by a social worker at his short term rehab . I am so appreciative of the guidance Deanna has given me and my brother in search for placement for care for my dad. This service is so critical for all families looking for placement. This service reduces the guess work, stress and busy work of finding placement. Deanna took time to listen to our dad's needs and our concern and really was passionate about making sure we had a right fit for care. So greatful for the services provided. One thousand percent recommended!

Our social worker, Aletha, was very kind, and gave us lots of great information to consider about options for our mom. She set up the visits to the assisted living facilities and went with us on the tours. She gave us great questions to ask and pointed out important features. It made a stressful and difficult time so much easier to navigate.

Aletha was a godsend. She took the time to answer all of our questions with regard to what would be the best next steps with my parents. She listened to the information I shared about them in a separate conversation and tailored our options to the points I made during our talk. She was always friendly, professional, patient, and available.

Aletha was SO earnestly helpful, patient, and Compassionate. Both with Mom and us ((daughters). We live out of state and She went above and beyond and Mom is safer and in a great living facility because of it. Aletha set up 2 tours of assisted living facilities for the family to take into consideration for their loved one. She is very knowledgeable of the process and different amenities which we found to be extremely helpful. She was great!

They helped me to navigate a very confusing transition tryihng to find an assisted living facility for my loved one that could meet her needs. They set up all the tours with locations that met our criteria and the times I was off work. They met me onsite at each place and asked the questions I did not know to ask so we could try to make an informed decision.

Aletha was amazing. I am forever grateful. She guided me through this process to help with my father in law during a crisis time for us. Her questions and attention to detail to find the best facility were perfect. She made the experience of a very difficult time bearable and actually relieved stress. I don’t know how I would have managed without her. She is awesome at her job and goes the extra mile to help you.
