Aletha set up 2 tours of assisted living facilities for the family to take into consideration for their loved one. She is very knowledgeable of the process and different amenities which we found to be extremely helpful. She was great!

They helped me to navigate a very confusing transition tryihng to find an assisted living facility for my loved one that could meet her needs. They set up all the tours with locations that met our criteria and the times I was off work. They met me onsite at each place and asked the questions I did not know to ask so we could try to make an informed decision.

Aletha was amazing. I am forever grateful. She guided me through this process to help with my father in law during a crisis time for us. Her questions and attention to detail to find the best facility were perfect. She made the experience of a very difficult time bearable and actually relieved stress. I don’t know how I would have managed without her. She is awesome at her job and goes the extra mile to help you.

I was connected with the Senior Care Consultant April Hoskins CDP, with regards to Assisted Living arrangements for my family member. She quickly contacted me with potential opportunities that would be suitable. Per her suggestion, I visited the top three sites. Due to the quick turnaround required, she visited the hospital and fully explained everything. The discharge to Assisted Living went flawless. My family member is very happy and gratefull! April has a very broad network of options such home sale, legal and moving that made the entire process very seamless and quick! I truly feel that her expertise in the Senior Care Needs Field and the bevy of options of support made my family member's and my journey the best possible experience possible. I am truly thankful and grateful for the entire experience. I would highly recommend this company! Bob G.

We contacted Aletha Stewart with CarePatrol to help my parents with the next chapter of their lives. Aletha has been wonderful helping my parents find home healthcare services and explore their assisted living options in SW Ohio. Change as we get older is hard and stressful and Aletha's compassion and knowledge about these challenges of life has been very helpful. My mom has dementia, and Aletha's expert advice and encouragement has been a blessing. Without Aletha at CarePatrol, I never would have been able to navigate getting help for both my mom with dementia and my dad who cares for her. Aletha has been a life saver! She is very knowledgeable and a great resource! She has even gone to see my mom since she was put into Memory Care. Aletha was instrumental in getting my mom diagnosed as well. Deanne was such a wonderful support for our family. We found ourselves urgently needing to change the retirement home plans for our family member. Deanne found the homes, set up the appointments, toured the homes with us, and we made a decision in 18 hours, from start to finish. We also really benefited from her expertise in dementia care, she took the time to teach our family about dementia and care options. She helped us understand what was happening with our mom, how to best communicate with her, and how to best plan for her comfort and safety. And she did this all in a very caring, empathetic manner, earning our trust immediately. I had never heard of CarePatrol before, and now after our excellent experience with Deanne, I tell everyone about it!
