Working with Care Patrol, took all of the guessing work out of determining where to put my mother. Suzy helped me narrow the search and we had my mom placed within just a few days. I recommend CarePatrol for a variety of reasons. Making a decision to place a loved one in a care facility is difficult--very, very difficult. They checked in with me for literally years during my husband's declines and plateaus; they were never pushy or impatient. They are interested in you finding the best match for your loved on and the facility. There are a lot of choices out there, but they narrow it down based on your input so that you can make the best decision possible. It is then up to you to visit, talk, ask questions of the different places you chose to visit to select what is needed. CarePatrol went above and beyond for us, even to the point of connecting me with a care provider out-of-state when we had to attend a family wedding. Having an aide at the wedding was instrumental in taking care of my husband's needs plus allowing me to enjoy the wedding as well--peace of mind all the way around.

I would have been lost without the help from Eda and CarePatrol. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Eda found a wonderful home for my dad, and he is so very happy in his new environment. This could have been a long and arduous journey for us, but CarePatrol made it a smooth and easy journey.
