Bethany was extremely helpful! She listened to our concerns and made several suggestions. She was able to help us place our family member in a facility that met the specific needs and stayed within budget. We have been trying to make this happen for months and worked with several other social workers who were not making us feel heard. Bethany's knowledge of local resources is what made it happen!

We were so pleased with the help we received from Bruce Lopes at Care Patrol. We live out of state but our family member is in Florida. Bruce made the process of finding a suitable memory care facility very easy. He asked for information about our mother and started us out with a few choices. We found the ideal facility from one of those four. He even took us on a virtual tour.
I would highly recommend contacting Bruce at Care Patrol.

Bethany domain was definitely my angel. I felt like I was in a rock in a hard place to find my oldest brother help. Within 24 hours of talking to Bethany the ball was rolling to get him help. She was outstanding. Before I was even off the phone with her, she was sending out emails to find me a place for my brother. Period I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have care patrol to help it is an outstanding service and all I can say is thank you very much to Bethany and her team.

My experience with CarePatrol was AMAZING. From the very first time I called and was scared to talk about finding an assisted living situation for my mom to touring the recommended facilities and finally placing my mom, I was blown away by the personalized service that Bethany Domain of CarePatrol brought to this experience. From our first conversation I felt like Bethany was a good friend who was going through this journey with me and giving me the best advice and encouragement that I was doing the right thing for my mom. My mom's finances were a mess and we couldn't afford some of the "hotel-like" assisted living facilities with marble floors and chandeliers, but Bethany found me excellent options that fit our tight budget and still offered the kind of care that I wanted and needed for my mom, who is my best friend. Alzheimer's disease is not something I wish for anyone, but if you are looking for help to find a place for your loved one, look no further than CarePatrol. Give Bethany a call! I will never be able to thank her enough for finding a place for my mom.
