Care Patrol has been absolutely fabulous. They helped my mom initially find an ALF for my father. They then helped my husband and I find a place for my father in law. They take the guesswork out of an already emotionally-difficult situation. They truly “have your back” and there is really something to say about that feeling of security that they provide. Before working with Elisa and Bruce, I had no idea a business like this existed. Now that I know they are there, I would never advise anyone to go about the process alone. Why would you? They have so much knowledge and they truly care about the families they help. Call them!

this is a fantastic company. They go out of their way to help you find a Assisted Living Facility that you can afford for your loved one. We were very fortunate to have Bethany take care of us and I would never have found this lovely family that’s taking care of my loved one and they do a super job. We are very grateful for everything she did for us. It’s a wonderful wonderful way of finding a assisted living that’s affordable for you and your family. I highly recommend them to everybody that needs help along those lines.

Bethany reached out to keep me informed as to what options my mother-in-law had for moving to assisted living. Then, she coordinated visits with her as she navigated the move. At the end, Bethany made sure that she was happy and settled in her choice. From start to finish, CarePatrol provided open-ended discussions, assessment of needs and finances, and personal commitment. We have all benefitted from such a caring, professional approach. CarePatrol was an incredible resource in helping me find the right memory care facility for my brother, who has Down syndrome and dementia. I cannot say enough about Angel from CarePatrol of Southwest Florida, who was assigned to my brother’s case. She went far beyond what I expected. Because I live on the other side of the country, Angel researched and personally visited facilities on my behalf, even giving me virtual tours so I could feel confident in the process. More importantly, she took the time to personally visit with my brother and was there to help make his transition as smooth and comfortable as possible. The facility Angel found has truly been the perfect fit. The structured routine and staff trained to support residents with dementia have helped my brother settle in and thrive. It also turned out to be one of the more cost-effective options, which was an added blessing. My brother is doing so well in his new home, and I honestly cannot thank Angel and CarePatrol enough. During an overwhelming and emotional process, they brought compassion, expertise, and peace of mind. I’m deeply grateful.

I cannot imagine finding the community that was perfect for my 92-year-old mother without care patrol. Bruce was so helpful and narrowed it down to six choices for us based on an interview with me together information about what would make my mom happy uncomfortable. It saved us so much time and confusion. My mother is all moved in, and we could not be happier with our choice! Thank you thank you thank you care patrol!!
