Very professional and understood my situation of finding the right fit for my aunt. Myra was very attentive and I appreciated her expertise in dealing with dementia issues. Oh my gosh. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Cyndy Levin. She found us a place for my brother that was only 3 minutes away. Cindy did all the coordiating between the hospital and nursing place. Cindy is an absolute angle. I was so lost as to what we were going to do and she litterally found us a place over night. I would highly recommend using Care Patrol to all my friends.

Not only did she provide excellent customer service by helping to find the perfect home to meet my father's care needs, but she was always there as emotional support to help our family through this difficult time. Cindy with Care Patrol was such a gift in our process of helping a sister relocate to an AL in Annapolis. She responded promptly to my first inquiry and throughout several phone calls and an in person encounter, she was kind, listened with care and insight and was an advocate when we needed one to secure a room in the best option. As a long distance caregiver working with local family, I was grateful for her flexibility and respect of everyone’s needs and constraints. Cindy knows this area and has been a resource in other ways as well. I will be forever grateful for finding CarePatrol.

I like Myra for a variety of reasons. She is experienced in exactly the right areas; senior living and psychology. She thought of things that we only casually thought of and she emphasized the importance of certain things specific to our mom’s situation. She is also very professional, kind and responsive.

Cindy Evans has been such a help to my family as we moved my Mom into an assisted living home at the end of 2021. When some issues arose with this home, she was there with advice and compassion and helped us find another assisted living home for our Mom to stay in. I highly recommend Cindy as well as CarePatrol to anyone who is looking for care for their loved ones.

Cindy was very caring and attentive to our needs. My mother has Alzheimer's and one of the few things she has left is her church, its very important to her. Cindy worked hard to find us a facility that was close enough that my mother could still attend her church. Cindy is very proactive and professional, she was a pleasure to work with.

The representative was very helpful and thorough. We were able to find an assistant living facility for our love ones, which met our needs. The representative also assisted us with the paper work and explained other options that were available to us. Her demeanor was friendly, and she had a wealth of information to share with us.
