Cynthia Levin was successful in having my close friend Bruce Johnson transferred from a questionable rehab facility to an assisted living facility in an expedited manner. There was an urgency to this matter to protect the health of Mr. Johnson. She was indefatigable in her efforts to find the appropriate placement and facilitate the transfer.

This place was a blessing to my family. We were so stressed out and scared as to what to do with my father in laws care. Cindy talked me through every step of the way and was very responsive and supportive. I am so happy I found them through Facebook and got my father in law in a wonderful place that can care for him until the end of his battle with dementia.

CarePatrol of Baltimore/Annapolis was professional, compassionate and patient. They accompanied us to each potential residence and introduced us to the staff as we visited. They were respectful of our budget and our time. They were never pushy "sales people." Also, when we had exhausted budget options in our area, they seamlessly connected us with another area's representative who shared the same professional, compassionate disposition. We highly recommend CarePatrol.
