We’re very grateful that we were connected to Dad's memory care facility through Care Patrol. From our very first conversations, we felt supported and confident that the place we chose would be the right place for this next chapter. It was incredibly helpful to go through a curated list of potential homes that had already been vetted and met our budget and our care requirements instead of starting from Google scratch search list. We also really appreciated that it was no cost to the family. While this is a difficult stage of Dad’s journey, we feel reassured knowing he is in a community that will help us navigate his continued dementia progression with care, compassion, and professionalism.

I’m so deeply grateful I found them. The full story is long and emotional, but I’ll share the heart of it: I was in a frightening, overwhelming place. Cindy Levin helped me to find the appropriate and reasonably priced assisted living home for my Mom within one week after leaving the hospital. It was a difficult situation for us providing 24 hour care in our home which was not equipped properly for her care. We looked at two places and Magothy Gardens Assisted Living was able to provide a room for her. She has settled in comfortably. I really appreciate the efforts made by Care Patrol (Cindy) on my mother's behalf.

Ellen of Care Patrol reached out to me to get the process of finding an assisted living home for my sister started. She was very knowledgeable about places in Anne Arundel County, and took into account my sister's needs, interests, & finances to try to match her with an appropriate facility. I felt that she had my sister's best interests at heart. She looked at availability, made contacts, & accompanied me on 3 tours of possible places. She even tried to negotiate prices. She was a great help, as all this was accomplished in a little over a week. I could not have begun to do all this without her, for I was feeling overwhelmed & didn't know where to start. She even followed up a week after my sister moved in to see how things were going. Care Patrol was a real blessing.
