This has been (and continues to be) a very challenging time for our family. Lisa has been (and continues to be) an invaluable resource, fast friend, and we consider her to be a family member at this point. Her wealth of knowledge, can-do spirit, empathy, professionalism, and humor (when needed) has helped made this process of getting the proper care of my mother less daunting. Also, it’s great to have an ear when I’m about the meltdown.

Lisa from the Care Patrol was very instrumental in finding the right memory care facility for my father. With her guidance we found the perfect facility for my father and we are very very happy with the facility that he is at now. Rich listened to the kind of help my mom needed and gave us a few choices in the area we wanted to stay in. He also took her monthly income into consideration. Then he checked with Baptist Rehab to get input from the professionals who had worked with her. We are very pleased with the Assisted Living place we chose. It was overwhelming to look at the huge list of Assisted Living places. It was so helpful to have Rich narrow down our choices based on moms needs.

He also knows and is respected by people that are responsible for securing placement for seniors at rehabilitation centers upon discharge from a hospital. Our family was fortunate to have Rich working for us and guiding us through a difficult three months with our mother. He helped us by allowing us to focus on our mother while he worked on getting the appropriate placement. He also helped place our father after our mother passed and that has gone well. I did not know anything about CarePatrol. The social workers in Florida recommended I contact them to help me find a facility in the Albany area. I found Rich very responsive to my inquiry. I was looking for a facility in the Albany area for my husband for memory care. At the time he was in Florida and due to his illness I was looking to move us both back north. Rich listened to what I was looking for and worked with our daughter who lives in Albany to tour a few places. He recommended those with enhanced licenses and also focused on ones that a bed immediately available. I am very happy with the placement we found for my husband.
