Lisa from the Care Patrol was very instrumental in finding the right memory care facility for my father. With her guidance we found the perfect facility for my father and we are very very happy with the facility that he is at now. Lisa was very professional and kind and was always there when we needed her help I don’t know what we would’ve done without her . Our family highly recommends Lisa and Rich from the Care Patrol. What a lovely organization and lovely caring compassionate people.

Rich listened to the kind of help my mom needed and gave us a few choices in the area we wanted to stay in. He also took her monthly income into consideration. Then he checked with Baptist Rehab to get input from the professionals who had worked with her. We are very pleased with the Assisted Living place we chose. It was overwhelming to look at the huge list of Assisted Living places. It was so helpful to have Rich narrow down our choices based on moms needs.

Rich has a great level of experience and knowledge of the senior and assisted living facilities in this area. He also knows and is respected by people that are responsible for securing placement for seniors at rehabilitation centers upon discharge from a hospital. Our family was fortunate to have Rich working for us and guiding us through a difficult three months with our mother. He helped us by allowing us to focus on our mother while he worked on getting the appropriate placement. He also helped place our father after our mother passed and that has gone well. So we are very grateful to Rich and we would recommend him without reservation.

I did not know anything about CarePatrol. The social workers in Florida recommended I contact them to help me find a facility in the Albany area. I found Rich very responsive to my inquiry. I was looking for a facility in the Albany area for my husband for memory care. At the time he was in Florida and due to his illness I was looking to move us both back north. Rich listened to what I was looking for and worked with our daughter who lives in Albany to tour a few places. He recommended those with enhanced licenses and also focused on ones that a bed immediately available. I am very happy with the placement we found for my husband.

I was very impressed with Rich Curry's knowledge and professionalism in his efforts to place my brother in an assisted living facility recently. My brother is a veteran, and Rich worked well with both the folks at the Veterans Administration and assisted living providers to identify a facility well suited for my brother's needs. Rich is diligent in his work and follows up with you to let you know what options are available and how things are progressing.

Rich Curry was very professional, genuine and courteous. His guidance and recommendations were very informative, comprehensive and satisfying. His knowledge and relationships with the various facilities was key in helping make our very important decision for my mother's care. It is evident he is well respected by these facility administrators, which was exhibited by his assistance in our understanding the details of care as well as getting incentives and/or savings in the cost of my mother's care. Rich's support and presence was welcomed and very much appreciated.

Being in a crisis moment with an aged parent that lived out of town and now needed significant support, we were overwhelmed in handling the health, financial and medical system issues we were facing. A case manager could see how overwhelmed we were and said I’m going to get you help. That’s when she called Rich Curry and he came to the hospital on a Sunday at 6pm to talk with us. He helped us find an appropriate assisted living center that would meet the needs of my parent. I know that I can reach out at any time and he will help us negotiate the system to knowing what’s available and the details of every facility and will outline the details that better support your parent. If you find yourself needing to find care for you parent, Care Patrol eases the burden by proving support to you to wade through all the information and choices. Most of all Rich really listens and guides you. Thank you for helping me help my parent.
