My parents live "on an island" since all of the family is elsewhere; and they have few friends locally. Care Patrol, and in particular Chloe, opened a new world for them and created an opportunity for them to be engaged. This also enabled myself and my siblings to look into and leverage the resoures to help our parents in this period of their lives.

MaryAnn Pickell and her team have ALWAYS treated my clients as they are their own family! They follow up all throughout the process and she even goes to visit the client AFTER they have selected a community and makes sure they are feeling "at home" in their new environment. She follows through with the families as well for their own comfort in knowing they did the right thing for their loved one. I have known Care Patrol for many years and have always gone ONLY to them when needing a placement for someone.

Niki is the best! She took care of everything. In the end when I was having a problem with one of the facilities I was interested in, she made sure there was a back up plan right away! She did everything to set up the touring of the facilities, I didn’t have to do anything!!
