We were able to quickly place my mother in the care that she needed and Niki was a great help in that. She quickly talked with us and was honest in the options she gave. My mother moved into memory care this week and it has been hard as a family but we quickly realized it was the right choice. We still have a lot to do but the help provided but that first step much easier.

Prompt, insightful and caring service! This is the second time that we used CarePatrol. Mary Ann was so helpful finding the best place for my Mom. She was the obvious call to assist my in-laws finding a retirement community. She listened to our list of needs and wishes to find the best choices for their budget. If you or a family member is considering care for a senior, contact CarePatrol even if you think that the need may be months away. You will be happy that you did. Cathy R.

Mary Ann came to our rescue and proved that decisions should never be made without exploring every available resource. The referrals that she provided allowed my husband to be accepted to a wonderful facilty when many others had either turned us away or had no availablilty. He is improving daily and I cannot thank Care Patrol and Mary Ann enough for guiding us with such compassion and knowledge.

Mary Ann was extraordinary. My family and I had no idea where to begin when evaluating and selecting a personal care home for our relative. She asked questions to narrow our search, provided summarized data on facilities that met our requirements, answered all the questions we had, scheduled tours of 3 facilities, and accompanied us on the tours. The first facility we visited had multiple rooms available. She advised we consider a deposit to hold the preferred room, which we did. After visiting the other facilities (all of which were excellent) we selected the first, and our relative moved in within a few weeks. She has been in regular contact as we prepared for move-in, as well as after the move-in, to assure that any questions we might have would be answered, and to assure that our experience with the facility met expectations. What we feared would be an arduous task - identifying potential facilities and selecting a facility was greatly simplified. We are far more confident that our selection was fully informed given the knowledge and expertise that Mary Ann provided. The data Care Patrol provided was very helpful, but, we are so grateful for Mary Ann's guidance.

Niki was an excellent and so helpful. She gave honest feedback on the assisted care facilities we talked about and arranged all of the tours. She responded quickly to texts even when she was out of the office. I highly recommend this team!

Our family is incredibly grateful for CarePatrol's assistance in helping us find the perfect care facility for my mom. Mary Ann was wonderful to work with. She was deeply compassionate and truly listened to our family's priorities, but most importantly, she focused on what was important to my mom.
