Our 82 y/o mom was diagnosed with cancer and soon after starting cancer treatment she fell and broke her hip. She did well following hip surgery and short term rehab but still needed care. When the decision was made that she was unable to go home alone we called Care Patrol to help us find the right assisted living facility. Not only was our initial call answered after business hours but Niki met with us in person the very next day, after business hours. Plans were being made for mom to be discharged from the rehab center and we needed to find the right place very quickly. Niki had already contacted several facilities and after meeting with us arranged tours at three facilities the following day. She chose facilities with high ratings and open beds that she felt would be comfortable for mom. We had contacts at each facility and they were prepared for our arrival. We spent almost 5 hours touring three different facilities and were able to make an informed decision about the right place for mom. For our family, the entire process took place in less than 48 hours. We could not have done it without Niki and Care Patrol.

Mary Ann has been an invaluable help during the process of finding the resources to help me throughout the entire journey of caring for my mom in her home and transitioning to personal care. She helped me find a caregiver, went on assisted care home tours and answered all my questions and concerns. She is so knowledgeable and caring, and I am forever thankful for all she has done for our family!

Mary Ann was courteous and professional. She listened to our needs and provided information thus allowing us to make an educated decision in regard to my mother's residence and care. She arranged for a tour of a personal assistance facility and aided in communication when my personal schedule was busy. I have referred her to a colleague and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Care Patrol is perfectly named!
Niki responded on a weekend in less than 24 hours with a treasure of helpful information including 6 potential Assisted Living recommendations woth details.
Niki also shared information which helped unpack complex procedures.
Not only that, she was so kind and generous with followup calls and texts.
She also calmed me when I was overwhelmed.

Mary Ann and her team are experts in the field on finding the best fit in care and facilities for an individuals specific needs. We have enlisted help on three separate occasions, each with much success. The assistance CarePatrol provided us in navigating permanent and respite placement for our loved ones has gone seamlessly!
