Emily S has been a Godsend to our family. She got to know us and what we were looking for and recommended communities for my mom and dad to look at. She set up the visits and attended the visits with us. She was able to help us with the questions and connected us with the right people to get support and solutions to our needs. They took a lot of weight off of us.They listened to our wants and need and came up very quickly with all the information and recommendations. They then made all the arrangements for visits. They attended all the visits and asked questions for me that I never thought to asked and even took a lot of notes and gave them to me at the end so I could concentrate on other things. They were always accessible, fast, and considerate.

Tracy offered a very personalized and caring approach in helping us find the best place for my mom. She was patient and kind every step of the way, and quickly ascertained what locations would be best suited for my mom, so as not to waste time visiting places that were not appropriate. I appreciate her knowledge, but mostly her kindness.

The service was so helpful in leading me to the best facilities. They pre screen each facility so I was comfortable with the care my mother would be receiving. Tracey was terrific. She sent me a list of good facilities and then went with me to tour them. She helped me ask the correct questions and get all the information I needed. After I decided on a facility to move my mom to, Tracey contacted me with moving companies and answered any questions I had. She came to see my mom after she moved in. Very good all around experience.
