Erin was very knowledgeable about the assisted living facilities in the area that our friend requested. She came to visit at the rehabilitation facility and was compassionate and friendly towards our friend. She explained everything clearly was never rushed and took time for questions from not only the person moving to assisted living but also from us, his two friends. She had several residences and explained the pros and cons of each. With her help, we were able to narrow the choices to two. She set up visits to both places and accompanied us on those visits. Since our friend wasn’t able to attend the initial visits, she met him a few days later at the residence that he was moving into. She has been in touch with us his friends, and even helped clarify some questions that we had by contacting the facility on our behalf. She checked in the day of the move and followed up the next day to find out how the first day and night were. She has promised to check in regularly and given us her phone and email contacts. I am very happy with everything that she has done to make this transition to assisted living as smooth as possible.

She listened to all the information about my dad and his current situation and understood what that would look like for his future. She had some tough conversations with him in a gentle and respectful way while helping him to consider reality of his limitations and that he needed to consider assistance. She helped gather information on the difference assisted living options and facilitated communication between when necessary

They took a lot of weight off of us.They listened to our wants and need and came up very quickly with all the information and recommendations. They then made all the arrangements for visits. They attended all the visits and asked questions for me that I never thought to asked and even took a lot of notes and gave them to me at the end so I could concentrate on other things. They were always accessible, fast, and considerate.

Tracy offered a very personalized and caring approach in helping us find the best place for my mom. She was patient and kind every step of the way, and quickly ascertained what locations would be best suited for my mom, so as not to waste time visiting places that were not appropriate. I appreciate her knowledge, but mostly her kindness.
