CarePatrol helped me twice with my mom’s transitions in life. They are a free service but don’t let that underscore what they do. Social workers on steroids. They help find you facilities that your loved ones need. They’ll do the leg work and you merely tour the places with them as chaperones or support. Again, no charge for this. If you’re fed up with hospital SW not doing anything, look up carepatrol. 1000/10 recommend. Lifesaver.

Emily from CarePatrol was absolutely fantastic to work with. She originally worked with us in Nov 2025 to discuss possible Assisted Living & Nursing Home options for my father in the Milwaukee area who was recovering from a stroke at the time. Since my elderly mother was home alone, Emily recommended a Caregiver service to help my mom with house chores and errands, take her to and from doctor's appointments, and to keep her company at home so she wasn't alone all the time. We worked with Emily again in May 2026 because my mom needed to be relocated to an Assisted Living facility because she could no longer live alone. Emily provided several good CBRF choices based on my mom's needs, and arranged tours of the 3 facilities that we were considering. Emily attended all 3 tours with us, and provided very helpful information and input regarding each facility, which was a tremendous help to us in making what we felt was the best informed choice for my mom. We are very satisfied with Emily & CarePatrol, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs info & advice regarding care and living arrangements for the elderly.

Ana was just fantastic and so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and organized! She is a great communicator and is clearly an expert in her field. My siblings and I were at the very beginning of our journey to find assisted living for our mother and we were overwhelmed and had a lot of emotions. Ana was the perfect guide and helped us narrow our search and consider many facets that we would never have thought of on our own.

Marilyn from the Milwaukee/Waukesha Care Partol was just amazing. Marilyn's care for my father and our family was just incredible. She worked around the clock when we learned that the discharge date was really set in stone. Medicare really doesn't help when a family is trying to do what's best for their family member. But Marilyn did care, she was incredible. Often on her phone and computer at the same time booking appointments all over town so we could find the best fit for my father. She set up the appointments and tours. She explained everything when we had questions. And always in the most caring way. I am really not sure how our family would have been able to find the right place for my dad in the amount of time we had. During an extremely difficult and emotional time Marilyn and Care Partol guided us step by step. Marilyn stopped by my dad's new place today to bring him a very nice welcome gift and to show her care to my father. We are truly blessed by the incredible help we received from Marilyn and Care Partol. Thank you so much
