She listened to all the information about my dad and his current situation and understood what that would look like for his future. She had some tough conversations with him in a gentle and respectful way while helping him to consider reality of his limitations and that he needed to consider assistance. She helped gather information on the difference assisted living options and facilitated communication between when necessary

They took a lot of weight off of us.They listened to our wants and need and came up very quickly with all the information and recommendations. They then made all the arrangements for visits. They attended all the visits and asked questions for me that I never thought to asked and even took a lot of notes and gave them to me at the end so I could concentrate on other things. They were always accessible, fast, and considerate.

Tracy offered a very personalized and caring approach in helping us find the best place for my mom. She was patient and kind every step of the way, and quickly ascertained what locations would be best suited for my mom, so as not to waste time visiting places that were not appropriate.
