Ryan was very helpful, quickly responding to my inquiry about immediate senior housing in retirement centers. With his advocacy, I was able to secure the ideal type of apartment I was seeking in the rental price range and the location I indicated. He further assisted by
accompanying me and my son on a tour of apartments.
After my recent move to this apartment, he followed up with a phone call to check on my transition and offered his advice and help for locating stores and services. He went above and beyond my expectations for assistance

Emily Strickler did a fantastic job of helping us choose a facility for my brother starting with learning about my brother's current situation, his background, likes, interests and our concerns about his needs. During the interviews at the facilities she let us ask our questions and then asked the necessary questions that we did not think to ask.
Emily also attended the intake meeting with the facility we chose along with my sister since I am out of town and could not attend, to advocate for my brother.
I work for a Bank Trust Department and am very involved in the Chicago Elder Law Community and my organization is a sponsor of IL-NAELA. Because of my brother's situation, I sit on both sides of the table when dealing with the aging issue.
I highly recommend Care Patrol as a resource for family members helping loved ones as they deal with the aging process.

The representative for care patrol was very friendly very knowledgeable very helpful in a time where you’re looking to have a loved one placed in assisted living. It can be difficult. They answer every question went along to visit different facilities. They help you decide which facilities you want to go see based on what you’re looking for based on your budget. All of that was very helpful and they also follow up with you. They make that process more manageable and they try to take some of the worry away the representative that we had was Emily and she was awesome. She ease my anxiety about the whole process, and I love that she will exceeded my expectations.

Erin was very knowledgeable about the assisted living facilities in the area that our friend requested. She came to visit at the rehabilitation facility and was compassionate and friendly towards our friend. She explained everything clearly was never rushed and took time for questions from not only the person moving to assisted living but also from us, his two friends. She had several residences and explained the pros and cons of each. With her help, we were able to narrow the choices to two. She set up visits to both places and accompanied us on those visits. Since our friend wasn’t able to attend the initial visits, she met him a few days later at the residence that he was moving into. She has been in touch with us his friends, and even helped clarify some questions that we had by contacting the facility on our behalf. She checked in the day of the move and followed up the next day to find out how the first day and night were. She has promised to check in regularly and given us her phone and email contacts. I am very happy with everything that she has done to make this transition to assisted living as smooth as possible.
