I am very thankful for all the work that CarePatrol provided in helping find an assisted living place that met our needs. The visited my family members, listened to our concerns and answered our questions. All will being patient and caring for our loved ones. We had no clue what we were doing or needed at first. But after a few calls and visits, we had a clear understanding of what we should be looking for.

Ashley was very patient with showing me multiple places over a 10 month time frame. On various visits, she would connect with residents that she had helped previously. When it came time to move my dad in, she was there to facilitate and made it so much easier on us to get him in there when he didn’t necessarily want to go in. Having her support has made all of this so much better.

I can’t say enough good things about Ashley and Jimmy! The 2 of them are an amazing team. From my first call with Ashley to the last home tour with Jimmy…they were nothing but helpful, informative and caring. It’s a tough time when at the point I am at with my dad, but to have someone like them to help guide me is something I will always and forever be grateful for.
