From the moment I called Care Patrol through now, Care Patrol guided and helped my brother and I find and select a facility for my parents. Our CP partner, Ashley, was a subject matter expert who helped us think through what we needed, form questions, follow up on answers needed. Ashley knew the area and helped us with criteria to narrow the number of choices to a manageable set to see in person. Ashley moved at pace, and provided us information quickly via calls, texts, and emails throughout long days and evenings when needed to find a place by a deadline. Finally, Ashley demonstrated compassion and understanding by making personal visits to our parents. Others at CP, including partners in other locations, demonstrated the same professionalism in every interaction. Thank you so much.

Ashley was such an amazing resource for our family. We had to make some decisions quickly on moving my folks into assisted living. She was very caring, compassionate, and truly helped facilitate the entire process. It was such a relief to have someone with her skills to help us navigate this change. She's also checked in with my folks - along with a promise of bringing donuts for my Dad next time...which means she'll be their favorite before long!

Working with Ashley has been the best part of working with CarePatrol. She has been so attentive, patient, kind and is extremely knowledgeable in this field! Before Ashley I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin with taking care of my dad’s increasing medical needs and next steps. Ashley was phenomenal. From our first conversation to our time our visiting facilities, she was patient, thoughtful, patient and was a wealth of information. She made this very stressful situation much easier to handle and working with her was a just a relief. I would recommend Ashley and Care Patrol to anyone. Finding a facility for a loved one is not an easy task and sometimes you don't know what to look for or what questions to ask. Ashley gave me information beforehand and explained differences, cost and other pertinent information before we went on each tour. This helped choosing a facility much easier. Thank you so very much. Your time and attention to detail is appreciated.
