Care Patrol worked diligently to find the right senior living for my mom. I was on a time constraint and Susie jumped right on it and had appointments set up within that week. I met with her colleague Al who served as our advocate, he was knowledgeable and provided guidance as we toured the facility. Susie and Al made this a seamless experience and I am truly grateful for their service. I highly recommend CarePatrol of Upstate SC.

Al Towery was great to work with. Al helped me move my mom down from NY into an independent living apartment and then recently into an assisted living facility. He was there throughout the process, consistently making sure I was comfortable. He sat in on meetings as well. I would recommend Al to anyone needing similar assistance.

I went on one tour - ONE TOUR! That's all it took for me to find the perfect place for my parents to go. With having a quick diagnosis of dementia and downhill slide for my dad, and my mom being diagnosed with dementia at the same time, the past several weeks have been hectic for me. Al made this process easy and seamless for me. He met me at the facility and we toured together after talking with the Executive Director. We then sat and talked with her more after the tour. The facility I chose is older, but they have renovations planned, and it doesn't looked dated. The people were awesome and all had good personalities. I can't say enough about the support Al provided me during this whole thing, from the time I toured until they were there, and I can still reach out to him if needed. I highly recommend CarePatrol of Upstate SC.

The amount of empathy and support received from this company was unmatched. They made the process of finding a care home painless and easy. Not only do they care for the soon to be residents needs, they also listen to the families/caretakers who are very often neglected and judged during this process. Thank you CarePatrol for being there when so many others weren't.

Mr. Towery showed great compassion and care during our journey to find the proper memory care home for my wife, He was very knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough in discussing options, facilities, and steps in the process. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way. He asked questions about my wife's needs, abilities, and mobility. He determined the initial care facilities to be toured and scheduled the necessary tours. He explained what I should look for when touring these care homes. He encouraged me to ask questions about any issues about which I had any concerns. Care Patrol has an exceptional representative in Al Towery. If all of your representatives mirror Mr Towery then Care Patrol is an exceptional organization. I am most grateful for every thing that Mr Towery and Care Patrol have done for my wife and myself.

Hi ... I worked with Lisa (I don't know her last name). She was very helpful and led me to The Palmetto at NHC Mauldin, SC. I was really in a desperate situation (my mom had a stroke, she was at rehab and then denied acceptance back at her AL). I really needed a facility that had all levels (AL, MC, rehab, SNF). Lisa found NHC & there was an opening! Mom moved there Oct 12. It has been great - the people are friendly, and mom has adjusted well. I am SO thankful for Lisa & NHC Mauldin. I will recommend Care Patrol to others.

These people were my guardian angels in helping me get my brother in an assisted living facility. They had good advice & suggestions & made me feel comfortable to ask questions & "spend time" with me. Also, very compassionate because my husband had just died a few weeks before- so they even listened to that story. Darlene Murphy ( in Columbia I assume) is who I was fortunate to have been the person who called me & Al Towery ( Greenville - Spartanburg area) was my local advocate & I had the pleasure of actually meeting him. He's the best!!
