Keri Lackey was our senior assistant and she was amazing. She was kind, professional and flexible with our schedule. She also brought my Mom a gift and a treat on move in day which was very kind of her to make the trip up north to give it to her in person. I wouldn't have known what to do without her help. Gabby is the most amazing and helpful person. She called and followed up after and was able to assist in the best place possible, helping to bring up questions that were not thought of in the moment, and helping to make sure the factors that were important to us were addressed. She made this very difficult and emotional process as smooth a transition as possible. Anyone needing these services should call and ask directly for Gabby.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience with CarePatrol. From the very first phone call, they were warm, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us find the best possible care for our parents. This was an incredibly emotional and overwhelming time for our family, but CarePatrol made the process so much easier.
Our local advisor, Gabby, was absolutely amazing—compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to understand not just our needs, but also the personality and preferences of our parents. She carefully screened several options, explained everything clearly, and even went with us on tours of the communities they recommended. Gabby also ran interference for us so we didn't have to field 100s of phone calls, texts, or emails. She remained the contact for the facilities until we were ready to sign.
What really stood out was how safe and supported we felt throughout the whole process. Gabby had detailed knowledge of each facility’s care history, and she was honest and transparent about what would be a good fit for our situation—not just what was available. It never felt like a sales pitch; it felt like guidance from someone who truly cared.
When our father passed away during this process, Gabby helped us quickly pivot to securing a memory care unit for our mom. She even went a visited mom, taking her a little treat, after we got her settled.
Thanks to CarePatrol and Gabby, we found a place where our mom is now thriving—and we feel at peace knowing she's in good hands.
We wholeheartedly recommend CarePatrol to any family facing the difficult decision of finding senior care. They were a true lifeline for us.

Keri Lackey was such an excellent friend during our visits to Assisted Living centers. She made all the arrangements and we just had to show up. She offered much needed advise and I felt like she sincerely cared about us and my Mother.
I want to thank her for checking in with us several times as we were waiting for Mom's room and even had a welcome gift to take to Mom when she arrived. We felt felt like we had an expert friend that we could rely on for help and comfort.

I could not be more grateful for the kindness and service provided by CarePatrol. Keri is a miracle worker! When we needed help arranging for a care center, Keri worked her magic by finding out our needs then jumping into action. She set up appointments for us and met us at each facility. She was with us through the entire process. I will forever be grateful to her and CarePatrol!
