Keri Lackey was our senior assistant and she was amazing. She was kind, professional and flexible with our schedule. She also brought my Mom a gift and a treat on move in day which was very kind of her to make the trip up north to give it to her in person. I wouldn't have known what to do without her help. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with CarePatrol. From the very first phone call, they were warm, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us find the best possible care for our parents. This was an incredibly emotional and overwhelming time for our family, but CarePatrol made the process so much easier. Our local advisor, Gabby, was absolutely amazing—compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to understand not just our needs, but also the personality and preferences of our parents. She carefully screened several options, explained everything clearly, and even went with us on tours of the communities they recommended. Gabby also ran interference for us so we didn't have to field 100s of phone calls, texts, or emails. She remained the contact for the facilities until we were ready to sign. What really stood out was how safe and supported we felt throughout the whole process. Gabby had detailed knowledge of each facility’s care history, and she was honest and transparent about what would be a good fit for our situation—not just what was available.
