My experience with Care Patrol was excellent in every way. I contacted you after my husband had many falls at home, and then hospital stays, and then lengthy stays at several rehab centers, and we knew it wasn't safe for him at home any more, and he needed more help than I could give him. Keri Lackey was the person who was with me start to finish, from sending me your selection of assisted livings that had met your high standards (so I didn't have to investigate each place in the area, which would have been so time-consuming), going to the rehab center to meet my husband Jerry, coordinating tours with me and also my daughter who flew in from Idaho to help, and going with us to tour each place, guidance to know what to look for, and gathering more info that I asked for along the way. Then when my daughter and I had selected Summerfield in Orem and my husband had moved in, she checked with me to see how the move went. Of course there were a few glitches along the way, which were expected, but also some things that really needed to be corrected, like Jerry being placed at a dining table by himself, when I had let Summerfield know that Jerry really would benefit by interacting with some men, hopefully making some friends. Keri went the next day to Summerfield, and took care of everything. All along the way, I felt she was taking care of me, along with finding just the right place for Jerry. I loved working with her!

Keri has been a fantastic resource and so helpful in this transition for my Dad and myself. I was referred to her by Jace Young. Everything literally fell into place and we had my Dad in an assisted living home within 24 hours. Call it cosmic alignment, heavenly help, or plain good luck, CarePatrol rescued us. I am so grateful that I know my Dad is in a safe and loving environment. 💜💜💜

I was referred to this service by Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. CarePatrol reach out to me immediately and helped to coordinate visits to assisted living facilities for my mother. They helped to get additional information and schedule all appointments and even took care of a lunch visit for one of our visits. I would highly recommend using this service as the kindness and responsiveness was exceptional.

CarePatrol and Emily B., in particular, truly saved me during a very difficult time I was having with my Mom❣️ I was very distraught and confused, and under a short time constraint to figure out what the best option was for moving her from long term Rehabilitation to ‘short term’ Assisted Living situation. Emily couldn’t have been more helpful and truly compassionate! I would highly recommend CarePatrol, and again, especially Emily for their outstanding service❤️

Gabby (?) was fantastic and was with us at every visit. She did a real good job finding possible sites that we would like. We couldn't be happier than we are now. She is a real keeper because she takes her job serious. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a living center.
