Amanda and Heather were very responsive. They listened to our wants and needs and were extremely kind and caring. It was great to have an advocate that knows the local market and the pros and cons of each senior community. I can’t thank them enough for making a difficult transition go so smoothly.

Amanda was personable and responsive even after hours to our texts to help us find a place for mom for her final days. The locations she showed us were all great but one stood out that was just 1/2 mile from our home. This is my mom's forever home and a place filled with loving helpers.

My main experience was with the Spokane CarePatrol. Jodi Silva was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. She truly guided me through uncharted waters. When we realized we needed to find a care facility in Vancouver instead of Spokane , she gave my daughter the name of another caring person there and helped us find a place for my husband to get good care.

Amanda was an extremely caring and knowledgeable person. She was familiar with all aspects of the adult family home businesses and she helped me understand how the process works. She listened to my wants nd needs and did not waste my time. I highly recommend her as well as this business.

Heather & Rose both made a challenging time so much easier! Highly professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Also great communicators. Having been through the process of fining care solutions on my own previously, my experience this time around was completely different, enlarge part due to their help. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Heather & her team were very helpful. Without their knowledge & help I am sure that I would still be trying to find the right place for Dad. Heather made a very difficult time almost bearable. I am very thankful that I got to work with Heather & the Care Patrol Team & I would very much recommend that anyone facing the decision & having to find a care home for a loved one contact Heather & her very helpful & caring team.
