Tera was extremely helpful. She not only found an assisted living facility for my mother, but arranged for the facility to assess my mother at the hospital and coordinated the doctors completing the 602A. Once the facility was selected after assessment, she coordinated transport an receipt of my mother between the hospital and the facility. extremely satisfying experience.

Loved working with Michelle. I felt like she was very motivated to help us make the best choice. We were stressed, we took our time, and she never made us feel like she was impatient with us. She gave us honest feedback and was open to our unique needs. She's also been awesome about following up!
