Cas and the CarePatrol Team were wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable about the different levels of care and the communities that offer them. Cas asked lots of questions to get to know our mother and our family. He then presented recommendations based on my mother’s needs, location preferences and quality of the community. He also coordinated on-site visits and attended those with me. If there were important questions that I did not ask, he ensured those topics were covered. There are many communities/facilities in Wake County. I am so grateful for Cas and the CarePatrol Team that helped our family navigate such an important decision.

We have worked with Jerred twice in the last year. He is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He responds quickly to messages. Utilizing Jerred’s services enabled us to quickly secure our desired location in a very competitive market. The amount of stress and time involved in our decision was greatly reduced. Care Patrol will always be my first recommendation to any family seeking assisted living care for a loved one.

Jerred Copeland via CarePatrol opened my eyes to the model of "home-care". I did not know that this option existed prior to speaking with him and have found, so far, that it seems to be the best option for my mom because it is less institutional and seems more caring and 'homey' than at larger and therefore less personal long term care options. In addition, the staff have been very friendly and welcoming to my mom and my family and seem to have a more caring way with the residents (than at a larger facility). I think, the staff is able to build relationships more easily, with the residents, due to the smaller facility size, which is a win-win for all involved. Thank you CarePatrol! Tracy Berger

Both Brad and Cas shared so much great information and advice about finding the best senior care facility for my mother. Cas even met me to tour options before I was sure we were making a move for mom. I truly felt like I was in great hands with CarePatrol and would definitely recommend them.
