Mike has been terrific!   He is kind and patient and so very, very helpful. First he helped our family as we transitioned my brother from independent living to assisted care.  It was clear my brother needed to make the move.  He was constantly falling because of his Parkinson's but was very reluctant to make the move.  Mike showed my brother a number of facilities and was very patient waiting for him to finally agree to the move.   Fast forward to two years later.   My brother's condition had worsened so the family contacted Mike again.  This time he showed us a few board and care facilities.  Again my brother was reluctant to move so we put things on hold.   Then disaster struck.  There was another large downturn in my brother's  condition.  The assisted care facility would no longer allow my brother to be a resident as he required too much care.    We quickly had to move my brother to a board and care facility.  We ended up moving my brother to the board and care facility on July 4.  Mike helped us with all the last minute details even though it was the 4th of July.   MIke is a terrific person!
