Katherine was WONDERFUL! Took my father and I around to the facilities -not just told us about them but met us there and walked with us into the facilities and asked questions based on my mother's needed care and questions my dad and I wouldn't have thought about. She was so very helpful and had wonderful suggestions and went above and beyond our expectations. We ended up choosing one of the recommended facilities for my Mom and we all love it for her.
