We worked with Jenn Smith to find a memory care residence for my brother. Jenn acted quickly and set up visits to several facilities in the Holland MI area that met our criteria. Jenn was always professional and pleasant when assisting us. We found a place for my brother and it would not have happened as quickly or smoothly without Jenn’s. Care Patrol seems to be current on what is available, and what prices are. They seems sincerely motivated to make the best connection for the family an the person being placed. Michele was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She focused on helping us make the transition from hospital to assisted living over the Christmas holiday.

I received immediate, professional help and found a placement for my wife that not only meets her needs of late stage Alzheimer’s and a broken leg with Hospice help, but was well within my budget. Jennifer Smith out performed a group of caseworkers who were making suggestions to me but suggestions of little value. Jennifer really came off as an expert in her field. My wife is now cared for and my relief is great. I am so glad I called her at CarePatrol.
