I was so anxious and confused about how to begin my search for a care facility for my husband. Care Patrol listened, patiently guided me through the process from start to finish, and have stayed in touch even after move-in. Touring facilities before making a decision is so important for a care giver to believe they've made the right choice for a loved one and Michelle was so helpful and kind through the process. Care Patrol is an incredible service for anyone facing the daunting task of moving a loved one to professional care.

Michelle was a great help in finding a place for Jim. He is finally in a good and safe place which she found for us. It is in a convenient location, is very clean, and has a caring staff. Michelle found several places for our consideration, and she was always very patient and kind. Thank you, Michelle.

Michele listened to me and worked with my family's situation to make suggestions. After we talked, she provided several suggestions that applied well to our circumstances. Following those suggestions, she provided access to people who were able to fill those tasks. This provided us with options among which to select the best solution. Before this, I was trying to connect from out-of-state with caregivers and assisted living situations in and around Newaygo county. It was difficult to even identify resources to contact. Michele easily worked through those roadblocks.

I was impressed that the focus she had was finding a facility as caring about my wife as I am. She did just that. We are still with Hospice and they visited my wife as usual telling me how much they liked the facility, aides, and care and attention given residents. That reinforced my feelings and I was even more satisfied with my decision about my wife staying there.
