We highly recommend Jen Smith and Care Patrol! She was very knowledgeable and supportive while we had to make the transition of our sister in law to a memory care facility. She was by our side as we toured facilities and helped us to make a final decision with which we’ve been very happy and satisfied. Her empathetic attitude and compassion when following up on our concerns is so helpful and appreciated. Please contact this office if you need assistance in any area of aging necessity as you will not be disappointed in their ability to be helpful.

The best part of Care Patrol; number one they removed all the pressure from myself to find a facility/facilities to look at before choosing one. Number two, the care and compassion they show to the family members and then to the parent is just absolutely amazing! Number three, they didn’t do or say anything to sway me to any of the places we toured. they gave me all of the information I needed to make a choice.
