CarePatrol is an amazing resource! If I could give them a 20 out of 10 stars, I would! Michelle at CarePatrol was amazing! She helped me with resources and took me on tours of facilities where my elderly mother could live. She also helped me with financial resources and made me aware of services and programs that I had no idea were available to us. I cannot express how awesome this service is and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Amber was great. She set up the tours for Assisted living facilities in the Fremont area with me and my nephew. My sister was still in rehab. Amber walked us through the process, and I will be contacting her when I have a need for my hubby with alzheimers. I have already given her name out to a family member. They are very helpful and patient. They listened and helped find the right kinda of place I was looking for. Also She made sure the move was successful. Continued to check to see if there was anything I needed after. I liked that you didn't feel pressured to make a decision.

Information was sent right away for review. After a discussion about the information tours at facility’s were set up. It was all accomplished within a week which met my request! Very friendly staff.
