Individuals from Care Patrol truly cared about my mom and did everything they could to help her with the daily activities she was no longer able to do on her own. It was such a blessing to give her the help she needed, while helping me spend quality time with my mom. I highly recommend Care Patrol for anyone looking to get extra help for their parents or loved ones.

It is easy to become overwhelmed when faced with the decision to place a loved one into assisted living. While attending a support group, I heard Care Patrol mentioned several times. Contacting them was the wisest choice I could have made. Michelle was kind, helpful, and professional in helping me find a good location. I appreciated her follow up to see if I needed further assistance.

Jenn came into my home to get to know me; she did not come in to "do an assessment". As a new friend, she helped me and my family look at facilities. She communicated with my family following the tours we took: I think she knew that I waas a bit overwhelmed by all of it and my son and daughter-in-law were better able to do this. I didn't see any wings but Jenn is an angel.

CarePatrol is an amazing resource! If I could give them a 20 out of 10 stars, I would! Michelle at CarePatrol was amazing! She helped me with resources and took me on tours of facilities where my elderly mother could live. She also helped me with financial resources and made me aware of services and programs that I had no idea were available to us. I cannot express how awesome this service is and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Amber was great. She set up the tours for Assisted living facilities in the Fremont area with me and my nephew. My sister was still in rehab. Amber walked us through the process, and I will be contacting her when I have a need for my hubby with alzheimers. I have already given her name out to a family member.
