Rochelle is kind, supportive and importantly, knowledgeable. She has assisted our family twice with difficult placements. The companies with which she works are a reflection of her high standards. I would strongly recommend meeting with Care Patrol to see if it is a good fit for your particular situation. We often do not even know the questions to ask and she will guide you through the processes and options.

Our Care Patol representative was patient and listened to our care needs. She recommended a few options, not to overwhelm, both were excellent and we selected the best fit for us. This knowledge is critical in terms of matching providers with client needs and wants 2. Commitment-she is highly committed in terms of matching clients to providers which results in both being satisfied 3.Caring- her knowledge and empathy drive her commitment to assuring the client is first priority and can live in a community where they can thrive. 4.Responsiveness- through the start and completion of the process she is very responsive to client and providers a like to answer question and concerns in an expeditious fashion. As soon as Emily received our information she contacted us and got the process going immediately. She helped us find an amazing home for our father. Emily is so kind, compassionate and great at what she does.

Emily was a huge help to our family! This whole process was painful until we met Emily. She guided us on what to do and how to do it. She took us on tours, took notes and pictures, asked questions to staff that we didn’t even think of. Emily has been a blessing! I truly felt lost and overwhelmed until she came along and guided us. We had the pleasure of working with Emily Schimitschek when we needed help finding a memory care facility for our mom. Emily was incredibly helpful and a joy to work with.
