Gina has been wonderful in making the process of searching for the right place for Mom smooth and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable about what places were possible fits and answered questions thoroughly and quickly. When we had more questions, she had or found answers! We couldn't appreciate her help more!

Gina & Allie both responded to my needs & gave help when I needed it. Both ladies were polite, considerate & friendly. Allie has been a Godsend, in helping with the placement of a loved one in a facility. Which would have been a very difficult situation. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.

Allie's assistance while my brother and I were looking for care for my mother was invaluable. We ultimately went with the first facility that she suggested, so her judgement was spot-on! With her help we were able to find a facility that was bright, cheerful, and friendly and managed to stay within our budget. I cannot praise CarePatrol enough - without their help the process would have felt extremely overwhelming.

My sister and I were assisting our parents in North Carolina while our dad was in and out of the hospital and rehab. Since we both live out of state, we didn’t know where to start — especially because our parents didn’t have any senior care plans in place. They wanted to know about my Mother before they started working on recommendations. They visited her in the rehab facility as well. They listened to me and my sisters when we talked about what was important to us and to my Mother. Our Care Patrol consultant went with us on tours of Assisted Living Facilities and offered helpful advice as we looked at them. She demonstrated deep experience and knowledge that was essential in helping me and my sisters make a decision. With the help of our consultant, we found a great Assisted Living fit for my Mother.
