They wanted to know about my Mother before they started working on recommendations. They visited her in the rehab facility as well. They listened to me and my sisters when we talked about what was important to us and to my Mother. Our Care Patrol consultant went with us on tours of Assisted Living Facilities and offered helpful advice as we looked at them. She demonstrated deep experience and knowledge that was essential in helping me and my sisters make a decision. With the help of our consultant, we found a great Assisted Living fit for my Mother.

Allie S. was nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot say enough positive things about her or the service she provided in order to help us find immediate assisted living placement for my mother. She showed up like a living angel and was so kind, compassionate, and understanding of our situation. She listened to all of our struggles and concerns and showed such empathy. Allie worked tirelessly around the clock to help with every detail needed in order to make sure we were able to move my mother when it was best for her. She coordinated so many details which allowed us to focus on so many other efforts that we needed to make the move happen. Allie made sure that everything was seamless, and the placement was absolutely perfect! Everyone in my mother's new residence has been so accommodating, and we are so thankful that she is in a safe and caring environment. Seeing her feeling well and looking happy again is priceless. I am not sure what we would have done without Care Patrol and wonderful, Allie. We are beyond grateful!!!!
