Allie S. was nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot say enough positive things about her or the service she provided in order to help us find immediate assisted living placement for my mother. She showed up like a living angel and was so kind, compassionate, and understanding of our situation. She listened to all of our struggles and concerns and showed such empathy. Allie worked tirelessly around the clock to help with every detail needed in order to make sure we were able to move my mother when it was best for her. She coordinated so many details which allowed us to focus on so many other efforts that we needed to make the move happen. Allie made sure that everything was seamless, and the placement was absolutely perfect! Everyone in my mother's new residence has been so accommodating, and we are so thankful that she is in a safe and caring environment. Seeing her feeling well and looking happy again is priceless. I am not sure what we would have done without Care Patrol and wonderful, Allie. We are beyond grateful!!!!

Allie was an absolute lifesaver during one of the most stressful times for my family. When my mother’s previous facility unexpectedly refused to take her back, leaving her in the hospital with no warning, I had no idea what to do, given that I hadn’t had a prior reason to research other options so I was completely unprepared. Allie took the weight off my shoulders and made the entire process seamless. She gathered all the necessary information based on my requirements and preferences, allowing me to focus on my own work and home life without feeling overwhelmed of where my mother would move. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and unwavering support kept me clearheaded during a chaotic time. Without Allie’s help, my mom would probably still be stuck in the hospital, homeless. But I hardly had to lift a finger because she handled everything with care and expertise. I was incredibly frustrated with the previous facility’s actions, which made decision-making even harder. But Allie’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and calming energy were exactly what I needed to get through it all. I cannot recommend her enough!

The whole experience was amazing. We had struggled so hard to find a place for a family member to receive care. When we connected with Allie from CarePatrol, the process became clear. She was kind, empathetic, smart, a good listener and very efficient. She stayed ahead of each of the steps needed, thinking of questions and needs that we didn’t know to even consider. Allie worked with the new care home and with the agencies providing additional services in the same smooth and positive manner. She has been available to us throughout and we feel like she will continue to be a strong resource.

CarePatrol has been fabulous. In a tricky situation trying to navigate in home health care, case workers, Hospice, phone calls, nurses, etc they've been the one support group who followed through on what they promised, continued to follow up to make sure it actually happened, and showed genuine care/empathy/concern. In particular, Allie has been a tremendous asset to get my Dad the right care/facility he needed. I'd definitely recommend them to folks going through the very confusing season of life of dealing with an aging parent.

The email she first sent me was like step-by-step of what paperwork I needed to take to social services. She told me about changing her SSI.
