Allie is a very caring helpful person and her caring makes a huge difference. She also has much knowledge about facilities and where an individual would fit. She never quits or leaves you alone in the process. Her contuous support is very helpful in a very difficult position in life.

Allie was so fast in helping to place my dad in another assisted living facility when we had an issue at the first facility. I contacted her at night in a panic, and she had two visits setup the next day before lunchtime. Super to work with, can tell that she really cares about people.

So very responsive to all the factors involved in placement of s loved one: - Providing a wealth of information and education on options, costs, availabilities, services . . . + - Thoughtful, kind, direct collection of information about needs and finances and fitting that to availabilities - Emotional support through the process, even visiting the facilities with us - Quick connection through texting with answers to questions and concerns, being in contact with case manager and acting as an advocate for information and family’s needs - Always patient and assuring us we were not asking for too much help even when we needed a lot. We are truly so thankful for Allie.💗

Sammie was great about keeping in touch and following up with questions we had. She had good relationship with facility leaders which made us feel comfortable when dealing with them. Allie Spangler gave us great support in our original crisis with our loved one. She explained the available care option post hospital stay and how to navigate the carious resources. She listened extremely well. Followed up very appropriately. We felt in great hands. She visited the various memory care facilities in our area with us to select the best one for our needs. Once we narrowed down the options to 3, she revisited them all with us. Allie and the WS Care Patrol was such a great partner in helping us ultimately place our loved one in memory care.

Allie Spangler listened to what my husband's needs were and met those needs in a short time. Time was of the essence at that point, and so that meant a lot to me. When I thought we weren't going to be able to find someone to help us, she stepped in and did a great job. When she promised to call me or text me, she always kept her word - something I appreciated. Even when i misunderstood because of my anxiety, she always accepted my apology graciously. I will certainly recommend CarePatrol of Winston - Salem to anyone seeking an eldercare facility. I had no idea where to start looking for elder care for my mom. Allie took great care to find the exact location for my mother that would meet her present needs. She introduced me to the staff and when my mom visited, they loved on her and made her feel special. Allie had answers to my many questions; she was patient and thoughtful and helped take the fear out of the process. I can't recommend Carepatrol enough. I know my mom will be well cared for and I can go back to being the daughter, not the caregiver. Care patrol was key in finding the best place at the best price. I couldn't be more thrilled with the whole process!

I loved working with Kathy Mounce. From the very first phone call I felt like we connected and that she understood situation with our dad. My 3 sisters met her in person first and they immediately liked her as well. They told me that they adopted her into our sisterhood and then I met her too and agree. She is so caring, asks great questions and we 100% trust her judgement. Dad has been at Brighton Gardens for a week now and we know we made the right choice with CarePatrol's help.
