I had no idea where to start looking for elder care for my mom. Allie took great care to find the exact location for my mother that would meet her present needs. She introduced me to the staff and when my mom visited, they loved on her and made her feel special. Allie had answers to my many questions; she was patient and thoughtful and helped take the fear out of the process. I can't recommend Carepatrol enough. I know my mom will be well cared for and I can go back to being the daughter, not the caregiver. Care patrol was key in finding the best place at the best price. I couldn't be more thrilled with the whole process!

I loved working with Kathy Mounce. From the very first phone call I felt like we connected and that she understood situation with our dad. My 3 sisters met her in person first and they immediately liked her as well. They told me that they adopted her into our sisterhood and then I met her too and agree. She is so caring, asks great questions and we 100% trust her judgement. Dad has been at Brighton Gardens for a week now and we know we made the right choice with CarePatrol's help.

Gina has been wonderful in making the process of searching for the right place for Mom smooth and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable about what places were possible fits and answered questions thoroughly and quickly. When we had more questions, she had or found answers! We couldn't appreciate her help more!

Allie Spangler is the best! We loved having an OT help us find a place for our Mom. She was prompt, organized, understanding, quick to respond to questions at all times, followed up, great communication!

Gina & Allie both responded to my needs & gave help when I needed it. Both ladies were polite, considerate & friendly. Allie has been a Godsend, in helping with the placement of a loved one in a facility. Which would have been a very difficult situation. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.

Allie's assistance while my brother and I were looking for care for my mother was invaluable. We ultimately went with the first facility that she suggested, so her judgement was spot-on! With her help we were able to find a facility that was bright, cheerful, and friendly and managed to stay within our budget. I cannot praise CarePatrol enough - without their help the process would have felt extremely overwhelming.
