Recently I reached out to CarePatrol to assist in placing my mother. I have referred others to CarePatrol in the past and their feedback from their experiences was excellent. Mark and Diana were very professional and got working on my mother's case immediately. From initial interview to presenting options, they handled everything. We required a physician and nurse's assessment which they arranged to come to mom's home. They relieved us of so much stress and worry. We had the opportunity to focus on mom while Mark and Diana handled everything else. I recommend CarePatrol to anyone needing professional and caring help in placing a senior loved one into a new home.

CarePatrol was incredible from the moment I called for help! The help was there within the hour, and helped with my wife's comfort after being released from Loma Linda medical center without homecare! Not only did they give help with care, they provided leads to private, 24/7 homecare that was needed. They helped organize the move, contacted a Mobile doctor to verify condition of my wife prior to moving, contacted the medical transport service, they helped me getting the meds that were needed, they did so much for us, and without their unbelievable help and knowledge, we would still be struggling! CarePatrol is the absolute best Care service around, and we were blessed that they were there to help us in our time of need, when the hospital let us down!

I was so impressed with how they made everything so easy. Finding a place for my dad would have been daunting and Care Patrol found great places to choose from. The place I chose for my dad is absolutely perfect and he is thriving. Mark accompanied me to each place that I looked at and was so supportive. Diana found the perfect places.
