Frances Zelch was efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsive when she stepped into our situation -- needing same-week placement for my brother, who was coming out rehab care in Green Bay and needed an assisted-living-with-considerable-services setting in the Twin Cities. Her efforts included multiple phone calls right up to Christmas Eve evening. My geographically distributed family could not have managed without her help.

Francis is very knowledgeable, she answers any questions that we have asked her. She is very helpful, kind and courteous. She has a personal contact name and number for any situation that she can’t handle herself. She is very genuine and it comes through her actions that she absolutely loves what she does. She is perfectly suited for her vocation.

The decision to help my elderly father move into an assisted living was hard to make. However, choosing the right place for him was far more daunting. A coworker suggested that I contact CarePatrol. Frances replied to my email immediately and was truly so helpful. She took care of everything and narrowed down the search according to my Dad’s needs and living preferences. She is an angel. My siblings and I will forever be grateful.
