Carmen was very proactive and had a lot of unique ideas to market my property. She didn’t sit back and just let the listing speak for itself, although the photos, videos and brochures were very well done. She is a full time, knowledgeable agent with a lot of energy and first class presentation. I was very pleased with her representation.

Carmen was fantastic! She kept me informed throughout the process, let me know what to expect so there were no surprises, and answered all of my questions. When a few situations arose with the seller, she immediately knew how to handle them and was very efficient in doing so. Additionally, Maureen Guinta deserves kudos for great customer service, answering questions, explaining documents, and with great positivity.

Carmen and her team are the most thorough and efficient team I've ever worked with. From early stage planning to closing day, Carmen cheered us on from the side all while watching out for our best interests. We had a difficult situation and she guided us compassionately and effectively. She kept us on track so that we could meet realistic goals which was not always easy to do during this process! Carmen Knick and her team guided me through the process of selling my parents' home with professionalism and genuine kindness.
