The trainers so far that I have dealt with are all very welcoming and don't make you feel bad, for basically being a newbie and having no clue what you are doing! I have left other gyms for being made to feel bad because I couldn't necessarily do something as perfect as others! Everyone is very welcoming! I really also enjoy the darker lit room so its harder to see me bouncing around :)
The coaches are great! They are very motivating and uplifting. I do not feel judged when I go there. The other people that are working out are very welcoming and great also!
The friendly staff and clients make working out palatable. I started out completely out of shape, there was no condescension or shaming.
The staff remains supportive and encouraging through the struggle.
The interconnectedness of the experience has been unexpectedly easy. Facebook, e mail, text, communication is very easy, and refreshing.
I also like that I have accountability in setting up and following through with my own schedule.
The nutrition program is easy to follow and well thought out.
Friendliness, atmosphere, the motivation you give to each person and not pushing someone with health issues like myself, instead giving me other excercises to do if I can't do a certain one. Plus I love the lighting in there, its so motivational and peaceful at the same time.
I love the instructors! They are helpful and push you to do your best. Cameron, Sam, Sarah, Rachel and Brandi are wonderful. The workouts are different each day so you don't get bored and you truly get a full body workout every week. I look forward to working out every day.
