Carol is outstanding at being a realtor. I had three properties to sell. The first one she sold in a few days for $50000 over asking. The second was a home for myself and my son… there were other bidders, we got the home of our dreams and my townhouse she sold in a few days and got more than any other townhouses in my area. She is a hard worker, knows how to price property, knows just what and how to stay it and gives you exactly what you were looking for. Carol is one dynamic real estate agent and a really good person. I wish I had found her two years earlier when I was selling my home, the realtor I had didn’t price it right and I know Carol would have gotten sold for what I was looking for. Thanks for everything you have done, very happy with it all!!!
