Carol was an outstanding partner for us to sell our home. We were informed every step of the way including a pre listing walk thru to advise on setting up our home for best viewing. Once our listing went "live" requests for showing were well managed as the need to be. We had 17 showings the first 3 days and 25 on the 4th day open house. Carol received 11 offers and we accepted 1 on the 5th day. From listing thru offers, thru inspection and finally thru closing everything went very well.
