This was a very pleasant purchasing experience! Connie was so patient and helpful. I had a horrible experience with an online bike purchase, I will never attempt to buy a bike in a box again. I actually got the bike through Carolina Pedal Works cheaper than if I would have ordered it direct. Highly recommend!

I went in to buy my 5 year old grandson a bike ( he was with me ) and they took the time to unpack and assemble a just delivered bike . The service was quick friendly and very accommodating. Everyone was very nice even when he knocked over two expensive bikes on display . I would highly recommend.
