The products and parts added or used to repair our bikes over the years, 5 of them, have never failed. Communication with realistic repair times have always been effortless and realistic. I will add that the bikes have always been repaired before the time promised! When the little boy's bikes have been worked on they seem to take priority over others any time it's a small fix. I appreciate the shifter modification made on 2 of the bikes to trigger style from twist!

This was a very pleasant purchasing experience! Connie was so patient and helpful. I had a horrible experience with an online bike purchase, I will never attempt to buy a bike in a box again. I actually got the bike through Carolina Pedal Works cheaper than if I would have ordered it direct. Highly recommend!
