Carolyn has been my realtor for two sales now, and I would never think to use someone else. She sold me my first house in 2014 and I thought she was great. Then, in 2023 when I was ready to sell my house and then buy a condo, I only ever planned to call her to help me again. Carolyn is a pleasure to work with, she is helpful, responsive and very knowledgeable. She will point out things to look for in houses that I wouldn't think to notice and gives me much needed advice. I told Carolyn this time, the same as last time, "if and when I need a new house, I am only calling you."

Carolyn was fantastic! I was moving out of state and at our first consultation she told me exactly what needed to be done to get my house on the market. I simply followed her instructions and when I left town a week later Carolyn took charge of everything from inspections and paperwork to showings. We received over 10 offers within the first 4 days the house was on the market and sold for 30% over asking price! Working with Carolyn was stress free and rewarding, she’s the real deal in real estate!
